Ικανοποιητικό

Ήταν ήσυχη η περιοχή. Κοντά στην πόλη. Ευρύχωρο το διαμέρισμα. Εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με τα βασικά. Μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με θέα στον κήπο. Οικονομικό την εποχή που πήγα (Φεβρουάριος 2023).

Δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα περιποιημένος ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Το διαμέρισμα Δεν είχε ούτε ένα σαπουνάκι να κάνεις μπάνιο ή να πλύνεις τα χέρια σου. Δεν είχε ζεστό νερό! Δεν υπήρχε άτομο να σε υποδεχθεί, αναζητήσαμε τηλεφωνικά κάποιον και τελικά μας άνοιξε μια καθαρίστρια η οποία Δεν μίλαγε Ελληνικά. Το ίντερνετ Δεν λειτουργούσε.

ΠΟΤΕ ΞΑΝΑ

Το καταλυμα αυτό φαίνεται να ήταν κλειστό λόγω χειμώνα και απλα άνοιξε για να υποδεχθεί τους γονείς των παιδιών που ορκίζονταν εκείνη την μέρα στις 30/11... Απογοητετικο απλά.. είχα στείλει μήνυμα στον ιδιοκτήτη αν υπάρχει παρκοκρεβατο δεν μου απάντησε ποτέ.. ο ιδιοκτήτης άφαντος και υπήρχε κάποιος που μας έβαλε μέσα και όταν του ζήτησα παρκοκρεβατο μου απαντά" α φίλε εμένα μην με ανακατεύεις με τέτοια." ύστερα μετά από λογομαχία μου φέρνει αυτός ο τύπος ένα παρκοκρεβατο το οποίο ήταν σπασμένο από την μία πλευρά και χωρίς στρώμα.. οποτε έπρεπε να κοιμηθεί πάνω στα σίδερα το μωρό ενός έτους που έχω σύμφωνα με τους υπεύθυνους το καταλύματος από ότι κατάλαβα διακοπτης μέσα στο δωμάτιο με χωρίς το κάλυμμα του εκτεθειμένα τα καλώδια με κίνδυνο ηλεκτροπληξιας .. πιατοθηκη σκουριάσμενη, μπαταρία ντουζιερας το νερό πετάγοταν στο ταβάνι , καζανάκι πρόβλημα έτρεχε νερό όλο το βράδυ, καλώδια τηλεόρασης χωρίς τηλεόραση, Αυτό το καταλυμα θέτει σε κίνδυνο τις ζωές των πελατών του ειδικά έχοντας τον διακόπτη ακάλυπτο.. Αντιεπαγγελματισμος ... Κρίμα που υπάρχουν ακόμα τέτοια καταλύματα εν έτη 2023 ...

Just to visit the isle, once!

near the nice center of the isle, near all the known places

Overall good experience but Poros island was a letdown

Quiet neighborhood..the room was huge....all was as pictured. .fridge..cooking set... Air conditon ok....comfy bed... Nice terrasse also....overall good quality/ price ratio

The noise in bathroom when turning on the light The water heating system not that efficient...

Disappointing

The propeety is well located just a short stroll to town. It is ideal if you have a car. Unfortunately our stay was mared when we left and the host telephoned to say we left our camera and sunglasses there. He offered to send them to us as I said we would pay. I sent him our address in Athens and to date they haven't arrived. I have sent a message to the host plus made phone calls and it appears he doesn't want to know us. Very unfortaunate as do we now contact the police and say the property has been stolen. A courteous call back from the hot would have been appreciated. Maybe the camera was worth more to him than us. So under this circumstance I would not recommend the place.

Quaint guest house surrounded by beaches in Poros

The electrics wiring in the room needs to be fixed. The water pressure for the shower could have been much stronger.

Amazing view! Facilities need a lot of attention though.

The most amazing view! From the balcony you can see the town of poros and behind that, galatas. The personnel were kind as well.

The outlets gave the minimum voltage so it would take the whole night for a smartphone to charge. And there were only 3 of them. The toaster needed to either be plugged on the bed or hovered above the exit door. Some lightbulbs were broken as well. And finally, the flushing buttons on the toilet stuck very frequently. Overall, it was not worth 290 for 3 days just for the view.

All in all was a good place, I’d stay there again

The woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Other than when the dogs barked, the place was very quiet.

Two dogs on the property barked alot Fan was very loud in bathroom. Not alot of places to put things in bathroom

good location, room with space and clean bathroom.

very noise. the cleaning persons were speaking really loudly since 6 am and until 11 pm. they dont clean the room everyday

Number one stay in the town!

Super nice place and very comfortable! The hosts are kind and helpful! Beautiful sea view! This is the best place in the town! I highly recommend.! A+++

Excellent Value & Location. I Would Stay Stay Here Again!

We liked everything about Christina Perlia Studios!!!! -Great looking building and beautiful flowers greeting you when walking in -building has a lift -Large rooms and comfy beds -Kitchenette works - Massive windows and balcony so cross breeze is excellent and views are top notch -Everything works as it should -20min walk to main part of water front -Less than 10min walk to popular beach -Pet friendly

We liked everything. Only thing I would change though: they should accept credit card payment

Pleasant

The bed was comfortable, the room was cool, didn't need to use the air conditioning. The balcony was nice.

There was no cleaning at all. We stayed 7 days and the cleaning lady only came once and that because we complained to the girl in the reception. The rest of the days she just emptied the trash cans and sometimes she broomed. The cleaning lady said that she only changes the towels and she cleans the toilet if she has the time and that we had to ask for it! No one cared to see if she was doing a good job at cleaning.

Everything was perfect. I would stay again here for sure, by visiting Poros in the future!

Ms Christina, she was very helpful and kind person. She was up on every apartment, in result be clean and perfect.

Superb

The room was big with a spectacular view of Poros port and Galatas. Walking distance to the port, so no need to drive your car when visiting main Poros port at night.
