Staff were great and I liked the location
It was a construction site. They are in the middle of renovations which made it uncomfortable to navigate the hotel.
Some of the amenities such as the fitness centre were not available

Lovely staff .. they gave us a free upgrade so we were in a room that we quite spacious. Much appreciated.
Make sure you get off at the metro station right outside the hotel. Best to avoid getting off at station Stalingrad, especially at night.

Great staff and clean rooms
Photos made the rooms look larger / breakfast look better than it was.
Construction was going on that I wasn’t aware of during our stay. Would’ve liked some sort of incentive to stay there. Several inconveniences due to construction workers being there and needed us to change rooms last minute.
My air con was leaking water constantly even when I ran it warm.

Chloe friendly at departure. If you have any access needs room difficult to navigate and get comfortable. Advised a bigger room if we returned. Asked what would make stay more comfy prior to check in(good) suggested kettle would help told espresso machine would be sufficient.
As above. Also photographs of rooms and hotel in general do not reflect actual reality.
Although clean hotel and decor very tired. Noisy on corridor until almost midnight . Price paid almost double available on day we arrived!!!
