Great stay

Nice, safe place with friendly staff. If i had any requests the staff was very quick and responsive. Excellent location, walking distance to the gym, little shops, beach and restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and well put together and had everything you need, same as the kitchen which was bigger than it seems in the pictures. I would stay here again!

Loud music from next door cafe but only on friday nights.

abseits der Hotelanlagen , Selbstverpflegung

Alles soweit OK , Für wenig Geld wohnt man an der Strasse , im Appartment ist alles was man braucht , auf den Gelände ist ein Pool ,andere Seite von der Strasse wartet der Strand ( 5 min zu Fuss ) , an der Strasse findet man genug um alles zu kaufen , was man braucht .....

TV etwas komplieziert ,aber geht auch ohne , Nachst kann es schon mal laut werden ,speziell Freitags ...

Cute, quaint apartment in an excellent location

I read all the reviews before booking and was a bit hesitant based on a few bad reviews. I am SO very glad I booked. The owners are literally the nicest people you could ever meet. They both left their Independence Day celebration to greet us when we arrived rather than handing the keys to staff. They gave us a ton of excellent advice and were just lovely. Regarding those negative reviews, I'd like to comment on my experience: Mosquitoes-Yes, there were mosquitoes but this is tropical country, to go there and not expect mosquitoes is nuts. We never had a single bug in our place because they have a really cool magnetic mosquito screen inside the front door. Loud music-This one worried me but honestly the only sound we heard at night was the frogs. There is a 91 year old lady who lives on one side and an Italian restaurant on the other. I'm not sure where people heard the "night club music". Hot water-The hot water for us was fine. Also, it is HOT in Negril. Who wants a steamy hot shower? The air conditioning-The units where we stayed cranked! In fact we had to turn them way down so we weren't cold. The pool-The pool was perfect. Literally no one was ever in the pool so we had the whole thing to ourselves. Parking-The spaces are tight and can be a bit like Tetris but we never had any problem finding a spot. I think the people who wrote negative reviews were expecting a Sandals type resort. If that is what you are expecting, this is not the place for you. If you want a quaint, comfortable, clean place with kitchen facilities and a pool, you should book here. For single travelers the place is safe and quiet, the gate is always locked so it's secure It is right across the road from 7 Mile Beach. My family (my husband, two teenagers and myself) had an amazing stay which was definitely enhanced by the kindness of the owners. I would highly recommend staying here.

Only that we had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency.

The property is located right across from beach..and near a convenient store

No security. No staff after available when needed Had to ask Housekeeping to change sheets.. she handed them to me in a bag to change myself . It's dark

no water no hot water. small bathroom. tiny kitchenette bugs .. pool water green non swimmable .. wood never recommend! stayed one night had to find a place to stay.. checked it day!

advertised as on the beach/it wasn’t;pool was like ice you couldn’t swim;had a bed that was broken in the middle;very little hot water/we weren’t very happy with the place!!

Great stay near 7 Mile Beach.

Great location, easy access to the beach and tons of restaurants around the area. AC worked well and lots of space in the unit. Perfect for short or long term stays.

Depending on the night there might be loud music playing at an adjacent bar till late. But not an issue if you decide to go join it.

New Spot when in Negril

Everything you need at a economical price. If you’re high maintenance this is not a place for you.

Location was perfect for me - Right across the street from drifters. If you don’t like a little bit of lively action then this might not be your spot because it’s in the middle of everything.

The furniture in the house is patio furniture, very cheap and uncomfortable. No couch or anything. Not even a coffee table. This is a very bare-bones basic living. But it’s spacious and you have your own kitchen and spacious bathroom.

Love the location definitely a hidden gem and our new home away from home cant wait to return . Room was right next to the pool . Across the street from the beach. The views were amazing not sure how many pics we both took. ❤💛💚🇯🇲 the kitchen was well equipped. The neighbor was friendly. And everyone on property was always willing to assist with anything. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Didnt want to leave extended our stay & all .

The ac was iffy but didnt really use it til late nights not sure if we just didnt know how to work it. But if u open the windows there was a nice breeze at night . Bring off

#CovidStay I enjoyed my stay. Loved the location of the property and amenities were clean. The staff was also really friendly and helpful. The necessary Covid protocols are being followed and most importantly I felt safe during my stay. Definitely staying again 💜 🙌🏾

Great location, nice owners, would definitely stay again

Great location, secure the property is always locked up and you have a key to the front gate. The kitchen was very nice with a view overlooking the beach properties, lush landscape , road and the large pedestrian sidewalk it was fun to see what was going on out there. You have private access to room 9 which is a two bedroom 1 bath up stairs above the office in the front of the property so you don't hear or see any neighbors. All staff were very nice and helpful upon every interaction including some long time guests were helpful as well. Many food options with in just steps of this hotel. Convenience store right across the street. Best of all the beach is just across the street along with Drifters and Merrils resort , Great bar/concert venues like Bourbon beach,roots bamboo ,woodstock all about a 5 minute walk away.All in All great 12 night stay.

It is listed as a 2 bedroom 2 bath it only has one bathroom and I came with two 20 year old girls the second bath would've really been nice. It is listed as having a sofa bed but it only had two chairs, the two people I brought had to sleep in the same bed but they were comfortable. We did not bring up these problems with management while we were there because it really didn't bother us much but there was No hot water and the Air conditioners in the bedrooms worked but not the one in the kitchen
