Directions were easy to follow, parking was clearly labeled (and we appreciated off-street parking!), and everything was clean and cozy. Thank you for a little home away from home!

Stayed with family 7adults - i would say as 1 room is bunk beds onlySuitable for 4 adults and 2 children . Great layout lovely dining room , fully equiped kitchen but kitchen quite small for big groups .

The property was great in that it was big enough for our family and close to our event in Bath. It was also convenient to the pub and Spar. The host was very quick to respond which was appreciated. Unfortunately, it fell a bit short in key areas: the beds were too soft and lumpy, most of the pillows were rock hard, the kitchen cookware & utensils were old, worn out and insufficient, and there was a lot of mold in the bathrooms and 2 of the bedrooms. The property was, in short, very tired.
