I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-prepared when I arrived. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and everything in the room worked perfectly. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, and overall I felt that the quality of the room and service was excellent compared to the price I paid — very good value for money.

The room was absolutely spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely respectful. I truly feel I received outstanding value for the money I paid.
And the breakfast—wow! It offered such a wide and rich variety of delicious options that it really stood out. The quality and variety of the food at the restaurant were so impressive that we never even considered eating anywhere else for lunch or dinner.

The room was renovated and relatively neat. Clean bedsheets and well-made beds. The price was more or less ok.
False information given by staff, prepare to pay extra fees at the property! We were charged extra at the hotel without prior warning. On booking.com it clearly stated that all fees and taxes are included in the price. This was not the case, and we were forced to pay extra in order to get the keys. I requested a receipt, but never received one.
False information about the breakfast times - in the information emails and booking.com, it cearly mentioned the breakfast is until 9 am. When we arrived at breakfast at 8 am, they were already just about to close and stopped serving. They were visibly annoyed that we arrived "late". Apparently the breakfast is only until 8 am despite the fact that we were given the information that it's open until 9 am. Disappointing. It was not a good start to the day to have to eat in a terrible hurry.
