First of all, the receptionist, Miss Lyudmila, is an absolute delight in every sense of the word. She is helpful, easy to communicate with, really makes you feel at home and just great. The hotel is at an amazing location. If you dont mind a steep uphill walk back its literaly 30 seconds walk from the center of Bukovel. Its clean, the beds are comfortable, cozy atmosphere and for the price we paid you really couldnt have wished for more. We will be coming back.

Близько до центру і підйомнику ,
Інтернет налаштований так що постійно відключається в номері є чайник і чай але воду доведеться на чай купувати і попити також , безкоштовна вода тільки з під крану але вона не придатна до вживання стіни дуже тонкі навіть чути як шепочуться сусіди а вони шепочуться бо також знають що їх чують всі , в цілому якщо немає іншого варіанту то можна пожити якщо плануєте тільки ночувати в номері ,відпочивати без інтернету і з шумом сусідів не вдасться , доречі ще хочу сказати про полотенця їх не міняють і сушити їх немає де бо не працює сушка на полотенця. За 4 дні два рази прибирали і просто поскладали мокрі полотенця в номері з посуду є тільки чашки і стакани тарілок під якісь фрукти чи ще щось відсутні є телевізор але як я казав про проблему з інтернетом він в номері як картина чорний квадрат ,від готелю є типу ресторан ,сніданки порційні слабкі снідати ходив в інший заклад що і рекомендую, любителям кави , в номері тільки чай в закладі кави немає , є поряд паркінг але місць мало тому варто все уточнювати перед бронюванням ,

- Very pleasant staff
- Very close to the slopes (5 and 2 slopes are in a couple of meters from the hotel entrance), though slightly inconvenient to get back after evening skiing
- Clean rooms
- Very nice scenes from the balcony
- Pretty big parking
- Ski rooms available at the hotel
- Ski rental is really close to the hotel, cheaper than the Bukovel rental and the quality of equipment is much better
Even though there are some advantages there is pretty much of disadvantages:
- If you want to drink a water you’ll need to pay money for that. This is the first time I’m in a hotel which doesn’t provide free water. They assure that you can drink water from a tap, but I don’t feel comfortable doing so. The water is the basic thing which must be included in the room furthermore considering the price paid for the room.
- I asked receptionist to confirm whether the diet menu is available in the restaurant since it was very important for me and I was told they will get back to me with the information. Finally I didn’t get a call and when came to the restaurant it turned out they don’t have diet menu
- I was told that the price for the breakfast might be attached to the hotel room’s bill, though waiter required me to pay at place before the breakfast is ordered so I had to go back to the room on the 4th floor, take the money and come back to the restaurant (receptionist could have been clearer about sharing such information especially when this question was intentionally asked). I assume this is requirement because the restaurant is actually in the different hotel next to the Petros
- Petros positioning themselves as Hotel & Spa, but the SPA actually belongs to another hotel which is next to them. The price is too high in comparison to its quality (500uah/person/1 hr). You have to pay additionally to the room price for the SPA but it completely doesn’t worth it. There is very limited space (up to 10 people). There are only 3 chairs where you can sit down to rest. The smell in hammam is awful and feels like a mold. The water pool was pretty dirty. The only one great thing there was their sauna with the view to the mountains. Not sure though, why Petros is saying they have a SPA in their hotel 🤷🏻♂️
- Housekeepers came to the room a couple of times and we asked them to come later. At the end the room ended up not cleaned.
