The location, the facilities, the tea for guests on the reception (ground floor). Everything was fine.
Rooms were spacious and clean.
Everything worked as needed. Beds were comfy
Nothing. It's sad that we were not in the apartment but settled in the hotel rooms, but nevertheless the rooms were good. So nothing to complain about.

Good ambience, good locatipn to city centre. Overall clean, and was comfortable stay
1. No hot water for shower for 2 days. No response from the hotel on complaining.
2. Check-in is inconveinent for eldely. I had to help a couple.
3. While clean, the bed has a PU decoration that chips off. Both the rooms, i had booked had it but in one the faux leather fallings were on the mattress
