A great place to stay in Lyme with access to everything you need for a fabulous stay.

The property is in the perfect location for the town the beach and all the amenities. The car parking permit is fabulous as parking is costly otherwise and we always found a space. The property is clean and tidy with a fully functional kitchen space and a comfortable space for relaxing. A great place for a stay in Lyme without any stress, Leesa also checked in with us to make sure all good.

Lovely property and very well situated

The house is very central. Good sized living area and lovely view into the garden square. The property was clean and well equipped and had everything we needed. Handy fish and chip shop round the corner and 2 minutes walk to the Cobb and the seafront.

One bedroom is very small, as stated in the description, was okay for children but adults may find it awkward to move around in it. The bigger bedroom was a good size but perhaps time for a new mattress as it had indents!

Perfect

Gorgeous, quirky very well equipped apartment. Lovely, welcoming touches - milk, wine left on arrival. Couldn’t fault our stay in any way.

Great stay in fabulous appartment

The property was lovely and airy with everything we needed. Location was great being near to the centre but still very quiet.

Ideal for a comfortable short break

Ideal location, very well resourced - every detail had been thought of to make for a comfortable stay.

Difficult to get beachwear dry as no suitable outside space.

Lovely and comfortable apartment for 2-3 people in the centre of Lyme Regis

The apartment was on the ground floor of a beautiful old (but renovated) house in the centre of Lyme Regis. We followed very clear instructions as to where to go, unload and park. The parking permit was kindly provided, and so was the door code. At the arrival we found a lovely Welcome note, with a fine bottle of wine and local biscuits, some milk, coffee capsules and tea and water, all of which was much appreciated. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed (incl. dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, handwash and bathroom towels, colander, cheese grater, cafetiere…). The bathroom was great, modern and with a great new shower cubicle. The whole apartment was very beautifully furnished. Our 9-year old slept in the sitting room on the sofa bed, whilst we had our room with a double bed. The whole apartment was very clean and warm (whilst it was quite cold and windy outside). All in all, highly recommended. If we visit Lyme Regis again we’d certainly like to stay there again.

Fantastic apartments in central and convenient location.

Fantastic apartment that we'd highly recommend. We stayed in the Priest Hole apartment, on the ground floor. The place is well-appointed, clean and tastefully furnished. There's an oven, reasonably sized fridge, dishwasher, toaster (4 slice), kettle and butler sink... and pots and pans to self-cater if you wish. The location is just fantastic for walking into the centre of Lyme Regis; pubs and restaurants, just literally minutes walk away. Owners/staff very friendly, communicative and helpful.

Parking is about 4-5 minutes walk away up a hill.. Which is fine, this is a small seaside town with limited space.. but could be tricky for those less able/keen to walk to/from the car when you need it.. but easy enough to unload the car out front when you arrive/leave. A parking permit is provided, so it's free and you don't really need the car as you're so close to everything in the town! The bed in the bedroom is a decent size and very comfortable, but leaves limited access down the sides! Again fine.. but if you're less-mobile, could be tricky... We had no problems, but worth considering.

Very enjoyable and comfortable.

It was a beautifully decorated and comfortable flat - had everything you would need for a long weekend. Excellent location - very easy to get to seafront and lovely local shops, cafes and restaurants.

It didn’t have a washing machine, but if you are a small group for a few days then it’s not an issue really.

The apartment was in a perfect postition, clean, spacious, very well pointed with a welcome package

The location was perfect; close enough to town to walk, but far enough away to be not bothered by noise. It was on a quiet street and the car park was just a short walk away.

Everything was fine. Gary and Leesa were more than helpful when we had trouble with the heating settings.

If you're happy that one bedroom is really small, then everything else is good.

Great location, lovely apartment generally and well equipped. Good hot shower. Great kitchen/lounge room.

One of the bedrooms is only just about big enough for a bed, with no space to open a suitcase or to store anything. The bed was not the best in terms of comfort.

We loved the apartment, the town and the Jurassic coast.

The property is wonderfully located a few minutes walk from the sea front with excellent access by foot to the pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops and the mill stream. The apartment was quiet, warm, exceptionally clean and beautifully presented and appointed.

Husband is tall and prefers not to have an end/footboard on the bed.

Charming, relaxed autumnal break in the lovely historic town of Lyme Regis

A lovely period property in the middle of the old town. Perfect location. Very nicely renovated to modern standards, comfortable yet retaining period charm

Nothing really. There is no parking at the property but a permit is provided for a nearby public car park. This is about 5 minutes walk away up a fairly steep road. Drop off is permitted outside the house.

Fantastic property. Clean, spacious dinning & kitchen area. Good shower.

Fantastic location and beautiful property. Fab kitchen. Great shower. One decent size bedroom and one smaller very compact bedroom but both accommodate double comfortable beds.

A larger saucepan would be good but that’s it no other issues

Extremely comfortable apartment full of history and character. Loved the welcome gifts, comfy bed and shower.

Had an issue with finding space to offload car and bit of a trek from designated parking with luggage but think this was just bad luck!

Could not have been better.

Everything was great. Welcomed with a nice bottle of Prosecco as getting married in the area. Lovely place and personal service from hosts. Highly recommend.

Well furnished and equipped, if compact. Convenient location.

Misleading adverts? Car Parking far more steep and inaccessible than stated for anyone with mobility issues. Outdoor space also misleading. Only top floor can access main terrace and the dilapidated narrow space outside this apartment is too gloomy even to dry clothing.

Great location, lovely apartment near all the amenities

Location was great, central Lyme Regis, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Parking was free, a short walk from the apartment. The apartment was lovely, very clean and comfy and there was a fab welcome pack. Communication from the hosts was great, with useful info about places to go.

Clean spacious apartment with a very comfortable bed. Excellent location and a few amenities to get us started in the flat. Car park not too far away either.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Although not an issue when care was taken the shower/bath could do with an extra screen or curtain as the showers pretty powerful.

A gem of a find. Clean, comfortable, cosy, great location. The apartment was superb in every way.

Apartment was in a beautiful Grade ll listed building which had been sympathetically restored and quirkily furnished by the owners. Access was easy and a parking permit for the car park was waiting for us. The apartment was lovely and clean with all home from home comforts including a cosy bed and Smart TV. Lovely touches such as welcome gifts left in the kitchen and a town map. Great that we were able to bring our beloved Jack Russell and the exquisite gardens opposite was great for her early morning sniff about! In addition the beach was a few minutes walk away as were a plethora of great pubs and restaurants; in fact we didn’t use the car once during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be returning.

Beautiful accommodation. Beautiful place.

Beautiful position in the town. Immaculately clean, gorgeous bed and lovely living space. Bath was wonderful, love a deep bubble bath. Really loved this place and would recommend to couples.
