Our stay with Joost and Ilonka at their wonderful Le Cosy gîte was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived they made us feel like family; warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The food was outstanding: delicious homemade meals prepared with fresh local produce that delighted us morning and evening. It was immediately clear that Joost had spent years as an Executive Chef in several Michelin-starred restaurants. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable and full of character, set in a peaceful spot perfect for unwinding. We particularly loved Ilonka’s eye for detail and the easy, generous hospitality shown by both hosts. This is a hidden gem we would happily recommend to friends and family. We already look forward to returning one day, having made two new friends. Thank you both for creating such special memories.

Zojuist vertrokken na een geweldig leuke week bij Ilonka en Joost in de Cosy Gîte. Het verblijf is erg knus en gezellig ingericht. Daarnaast is er aan alles gedacht als je met hondjes en een baby’tje komt. Na een dag hadden wij meer het gevoel dat we bij bekenden op vakantie waren, zo gezellig was het. Het eten was iedere keer weer heerlijk! Daarnaast kregen wij iedere dag tips over leuke activiteiten in de buurt. De marché des producteurs op maandag vonden wij een van de leukste momenten van de vakantie. Ilonka en Joost, onwijs bedankt voor het heerlijke verblijf!
