It was lovely to step out and be able to walk around the town easily.
It was quite stuffy, and quite noisy as very central.

The house is in a beautiful spot in a lovely town, close to shops both everyday and specialised. Everything about the house was perfectly proportioned; comfortable and cosy with the thoughtful addition of games and plenty of books.

Location was excellent. Ideal for local exploration
A lot of the furnishings need replacement. It worked if there were 2 adults and ? 1 child but only 2 seats at the dinng table. 2 double beds the second of which was very uncomfortable. Sky light in master bedroom no blind. The spiral staircase was difficult for OAPs or those with younger children. Kitchen ok but kitchen door faulty. Bed arrangement.
