Lokalizacja. W przypadku tego "apartamentu" płaci się głównie za miejsce, w którym się znajduje. Lokal znajduje się praktycznie 50m od najbardziej turystycznych atrakcji.
Wielkość i stan. Pobyt przypominał nocowanie w przyczepie campingowej - niby wszystko jest, ale miniaturowe. Meble pilnie wymagają wymiany - są stare, pobdzierane, odpada okładzina. Telewizor również ma swoje lata więc nie ma technologii smart.
P.S. Otwieracz do wina jest - ale ma ułamany czubek więc nadaje się tylko do wyrzucenia 😂

Lugar sensacional! Super bem localizado! Proprietário não conhecemos pessoalmente mas se apresentou muito gentil e atencioso.
Fiquei c meu filho e a cama de casal é encostadinha na parede, dificultando um pouco a mobilidade...mas nada que atrapalhe. Sugiro colocar um aviso na torneira do chuveiro, pois a mesma fica muuuito quente, fervendo mesmo, e pode queimar a mão ou alguma parte do corpo caso se abaixe.

Fabulous location in heart of Monopoli within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, seaside walks and train station. Fully usable kitchen, along with clothes washer and outside drying racks. Great communication, and access and departure to property was seamless.
