Расположение более чем удачное. Рядом магазины 7/11 и ночной рынок. Транспортная доступность хорошая. Рядом маршрут "тук-туков" или как здесь говорят "sangteo". Квартира которую я арендовал была очень чистой и соответствовала фотографиям. Окна оборудованы москитными сетками а балкон оборудован сеткой от птиц. Кондиционеры быстро охлаждали квартиру так, что мы их использовали на наименьшей мощности. Выражаем огромную благодарность хозяину квартиры за отличный сервис. Обязательно вернёмся ещё раз.
Нет стиральной машины. Кухонная зона достаточно большая и хорошо оборудована. Там найдётся место для небольшой стиральной машины.

It is a clean and beautiful property. It has a decently equipped gym. The pool is great
It is not family friendly. It is a “quiet condo” and we were asked for our kids to be quiet. It made it hard for us to enjoy time there as we felt like others were disapproving. It would probably be great for people without kids but not for us.

One if not the best Condo! Very easy check-in and Check-out, good air-conditioning very spacious Condo, fully equipped kitchen. Big shower cubicle. Hot water avaliable on all taps including shower. I stayed here for one week and the room was cleaned twice which was inclusive thats a first for any Condo i have stayed in, quite location, short stroll to beach and restaurants.
Kitchen draws can bang loud when closing, could put some kitchen drawers bumpers stickers.

Excellent location is close to the beach, quiet, and spacious. The cleaners were very nice and helpful.
No reception, no support for a terrible internet connection, and no response from the owner. I needed to work from the hotel during my stay and eventually bought a SIM card to resolve the connectivity issue. The owner is using the reception services of Jomtien Beach Penthouse and adding the word "Condo" to market the property on Booking.com. The Jomtien Beach Penthouse reception has no access to the rooms at the property and could not help us. We waited 30 minutes for the cleaner to arrive and let us into our room. We rang the number provided by the property owner on multiple occasions but the owner did not pick up. This property needs to be de-listed from your site or the real situation needs to be disclosed to customers like me.
