Nestled in Pine Knoll Shores, this lovely villa for $258 per night is a great choice for your next break. Come visit Sea Salt Villa! This is a 3 story villa completed in 2018. It is located across the street from beautiful Atlantic Beach. From the front door to sandy beach is just a 5 minute walk. Restaurants are located minutes away by foot. This home boasts 2 master bedrooms, both with king temper beds. The third bedroom has a massive bunk for the kids or kids at heart. The bunk has a full bed on the bottom, twin on top and twin trundle as well with new temper mattresses for a comfortable nights rest. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The villas host a community pool surrounded by large palm trees and play area. This home comes with nice furnishings and equipped with kitchen supplies, games, child necessities, and more. We, the owners, strive for high standards on this rental. Most of the furniture is all brand new (2018) as well as all the mattresses to make this stay as nice as possible. Key-less entry codes even your kids could remember. Linens are available for rent through BlueWater (https://bluewaterlinens.com/shop/). You can also bring linens. My kids loved their room! The bunk beds are great and there are a lot of toys and games. Nice setup in the living and dining areas. Some kid friendly cups and utensils in the kitchen.
We really enjoy this complex with the pool right there and the beach across the street. Owner is very responsive.
My husband and I stayed in the third floor bedroom. The mattress is very soft, which I'm sure some people love (but is not our favorite). Also wanted to note that when this listing says no linens included, that means everything even dish towels.

This was our second time staying at the townhouse, and we hope to be back many more times. The house is great for families - our 3 year old is obsessed with the bunk bed - and it came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing - right at the border of Atlantic Beach and Pine Knoll Shores - and the neighborhood is right next to a lighted crosswalk to get to a public beach access. Five stars all around!

When we walked in my husband said “you did great with this one!” We had several adults and two littles. Everyone was comfortable and even toys for the littles. Ideal location for beach, pool and playground. Relaxing evenings on the balcony. If we return to Atlantic Beach we will definitely stay here again.

My family had a wonderful stay in this clean and comfortable home. The rental has everything you could need, is so clean and was perfectly arranged for our family of 4 and my parents. The kitchen is well equipped, there are bathrooms for each room and even one on the main floor, pool was nice for a change from the beach, and the ocean is right across the street. We especially enjoyed the balconies off of the bedrooms. The owner was great about communicationa and so very kind. 5 stars!!!!

We had a great week and enjoyed the property very much. Super convenient, spotless, roomy. I especially loved the fact that we could bring groceries in on the ground level and could park right at the door. Kitchen was well equipped. Property felt extremely safe. We will be back!

My husband and my two Adult sons had an an amazingly relaxing time! We loved how the townhouse provided us with just enough privacy for all of us! The beds were very comfortable and the beach was amazingly beautiful! We will definitely return!

The house is great, with good size bedrooms, nice furniture, and very well situated for walking to the beach. There are also plenty of toys in the house, as well as beach stuff. The hosts are very nice and respond very quickly. We would definitely like to return.
