Nestled in Pine Knoll Shores, this lovely house for $245 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Located in the Ocean Grove section of prestigious Beacon's Reach,our 2000 sq. ft. beachfront townhouse is just 50 steps to the beach and 80 steps to the pool (yes we counted!). It sleeps 6 very comfortably with each of the three bedrooms on a separate level featuring it's own balcony and bathroom. The living room/dining room is on the top level. The well equipped kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The bottom level has a beach room with bunk beds (full bottom and single on top) which can sleep three more guests.

The property was wonderful with a great view. My only criticism was with the cleaners. We were supposed to take possession at 4;00 P.M . and the cleaning person did not finish nor leave until 6:10 P.M. which was aggravating, but certainly not the owners' fault. We would use the property again.

Everything about this property was Fantastic! The townhouse was beautiful, well stocked, clean and exactly as listed on the website. We were steps from the beach and pool. Any question we had for the host was promptly answered with such kindness and were wonderful to work with. We can't wait to come back! I highly recommend this townhouse for your next beach getaway!

This property was exactly as listed! What a wonderful location and easy access to the beach. This townhouse had everything our family needed. The communication with the hosts was great! They were quick to respond with anything we needed. We will definitely be coming back! I would highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the layout of the condo. We have an 18 month old, 3 and 4 year old so being able to get to the beach and pool in under a minute was perfect!

This condo was fantastic!! The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the ocean and a short, easy walk to the beach. Interior decor was so pretty. Condo was clean and well stocked. Communication with owners was perfect. We will definitely stay here again in the future and cannot recommend this enough!! :-)

This is an exceptional property, its view, it's décor and other appointments are curated in such a way it felt like home. Just steps down and your on the beach. Hoping to return soon. Thank you for such a great experience.

Ocean Grove was perfectly tucked off of the main road, hidden into the trees. It felt as if we were the only ones there. It had more than what we needed/wanted. The path to the beach is easy to navigate & super cute. The unit itself was great also. Easy check-in & check-out with more than enough kitchen supplies. Overall, our family enjoyed their stay & would return here again.

Great property with beautiful view. The bedrooms were spacious with full baths attached. Recently updated, clean and nicely decorated. The hosts were very friendly and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful oceanfront. Appreciated the spaciousness. Beds were super-comfortable.Owners did a good job of providing all our basic needs. Cleaning person did a *phenomenal* job. Nice, complete remodel, except for carpet on the stairs are ready for replacement. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place!

Wonderful location and very clean townhome!! Views were just amazing! Like other reviews say there are a lot of stairs due to many levels but great for getting exercise since we tend to eat a lot more on vacation🙂. Very close to beach and pools. Pretty much had private pool for most of our stay and water was still comfortable even being end of season. Thanks to Janice and Jack for the great communication and quick reply about questions. Thank y’all for sharing your beautiful, immaculate home with us!!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful townhouse. It was beautifully decorated and a very comfortable stay. We love the access to the ocean and the trees and shrubs that make a forest like walk to the pools. Everyone in our family had private quarters in the home. We loved that it had two master suites with King beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. Thanks again for this wonderful paradise away from home. We hope to back.

We love the beach at Pine Knoll Shores and the G5 Townhouse makes it perfect. Cleanest rental we ever found, beautifully decorated, with an exceptionally well equipped galley kitchen. Communication with our hosts was quick and helpful. We’ve never met, but we’re sure we could be instant friends. Only challenge is deciding if the sunrises or moonrises are more spectular.

We had family and friends come stay with us during our stay. The views were awesome. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The internet was fast. The deck furniture was very comfortable (I spent a lot of time on the deck listening to the roar of the ocean while i read on my Kindle). I would recommend this property to anyone else looking for a nice place to stay at Salter Path/Pine Knoll Shores.

Janice & Jack are the perfect hosts! They answered all of our questions and made the booking/checkin process very easy! The home is beautiful located steps from the beach. It is well appointed with comfortable living areas and nice bedrooms. The views from the family room and deck are amazing! We would love to come back some day!

What a fabulous getaway indeed. The owners were awesome to work with and the check in process was very easy. Their townhome is just lovely and the views were terrific. You were literally within steps of being on the beach. Do be aware that there are many stairs within the townhome if you have any issues with stairs. They even left us a fabulous bottle of champagne upon arrival. What a treat indeed! There are all the little things you need as well such as bar soap, extra toilet paper, hand soap, etc. That makes such a HUGE difference to not need to go purchase everything. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking as well. The beach was nice and quiet and there are plenty of fun things to see and do near the townhome. We cannot thank the owners enough for opening up their beautiful home to share with others. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend this vacation rental!

Wonderful layout, you have all the floors so noise is a non issue. Every bedroom has its own bath, on its own floor. The decor and furnishings are amazing, and the whole unit is well appointed. Jack and Janice were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be returning!

We spent our Thanksgiving holiday here and could not have been more pleased with our stay!! Jack and Janice are wonderful hosts, and they provided a beautiful, comfortable, and clean condo for our vacation. They answered all of our questions promptly. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal in the beautiful kitchen and had everything we needed. The ocean views are beautiful, and the beach access is so easy. Our teenage and adult children loved it here as well. We recommend this property without any reservations, and we hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s beautiful. It has four different levels with a bedroom and bathroom on each level. The property owners are very kind, easy to talk to and quick to respond. We would highly recommend this property.
