Fantastic location in a lovely part of Falmouth, close to Gyllnevase beach with its lovely beach cafe/ bar. Also a short 15 min stroll in to the centre of Falmouth. Views from the property were fabulous. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. Beds very comfortable too.
Soft furnishings have seen better days, especially sofa and arm chair. Couldn’t use the frying pan either as the coating was scratched and all falling apart.

Location, view, modern appliances, two bathrooms.
Cost of taking a dog to stay at the property seems excessive, especially as property garden is not enclosed.
Only two outside garden chairs (one of which was broken), no clothes dryer, the bifold doors lock was broken so couldn’t fully open bifolds. No cheese grater in kitchen.
Should be clearer on property photos of each apartment or add floor plan.

The balcony door did not open and close very well o the first level.
