Great location, friendly staff, comfy bed, compact room with own kettle and small drawer fridge. Great value as cost was low for Kobe especially on a weekend
Nothing though room was a typical smaller hotel room that was beautifully presented

Bed was comfortable
The room was not clean and i found thick layer of dust on several surfaces at eye height. In the bathroom and in the room itself.
And the hairdryer was broken.
