Location is fine, 10-15 mins from the beach;
The apartment needs renovation. The cleanliness was questionable, as the floor was constantly dirty. A vacuum cleaner should be used, but it seemed like it wasn’t being used at all.
The kitchen was okay, but it would be great to refresh the kitchen utensils, such as forks, knives, spoons, etc.
The towels were not always 100% white, and I noticed some old stains on them.

Good location and kind staff, plus covered parking available.
Uncomfortable bed, could be cleaner, starting to look older and outdated.
For instance no power sockets near the bed or the bed sight drawers. Aircondition was installed low and couldn't avoid blowing directly at us.
The bathroom was very tight and couldn't fit a grown person comfortably.
Could use more facilities as an apartment hotel.
