Was really clean and had good facilities.
Quicker room service to pick up plates once I had finished . Also for security measures give guests wristbands so they can have a identification for hotel

The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable. Moreover, the size of the room was very good.

The breakfast is great. The location is lovely - near the nightlife but set back from it, so quiet. Some rooms overlook the sea. We are return visitors and would be happy to stay again. Also, Vivaldi seems to really care about the guest experience. Polite and helpful.

Overall the hotel was nice, staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was great and wi-fi good.
The rooms, or more to the point the smell in the room - the first room I checked into had an awful fish smell in, to the point it was unbearable and I moved rooms. The second room was on a higher floor and had no issues. My son's room was fine for the first night but from the second day he had the same issue and had to move rooms.
Also the air conditioning in the rooms was useless, not effective at all and for such a large hotel the TV channel options was useless - staying at the Vivaldi has put me off large hotels!
