Spacious 2 bedroom 1st floor condo with high ceilings. All rooms on one level. Updated kitchen with stainless appliances, large living room, off street parking. Walk to Roger Williams Park and Narragansett Bay yet close to highway access! Minutes to downtown Providence, Pawtuxet Village, Johnson & Wales University Harborside campus, short drive to Brown University, Women & Infants, Hasbro and Rhode Island Hospital. Executive rental ready. **PETS: DOGS ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY and ADDITIONAL $75 PET CLEANING FEE. *$75 Pet Fee must be paid prior to check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property. *Your dog should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. *Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone. *Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. *You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog *Limit of one dog. An additional dog may be considered on a case by case basis.

Nice neighborhood but property is a bit funky. Limited pressure in kitchen faucet, owner able to control HVAC via RING thermostat and front porch deck is very shaky(only way into the unit with parking in rear of the property). Owner was very responsive to temperature issues but I don’t think I should have to text owner to get the unit temp to our liking. Property was clean, well laid out and tidy. Owner seems responsive but he should spend a bit of time and money to upgrade the basic services.

Stayed for 5 nights to attend Brown’s commencement. Very peaceful and quiet location. Perfect for 4 people. Apartment was very well stocked and clean. Owner is very responsive and friendly

This lovely home is spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, and all of the rooms are on the ground floor. The owner is fantastic. She provided information about the area and brought us some excellent Greek food from Chef Niko for our first meal. I would definitely stay here again.

Much larger and more comfortable living space than we expected (pictures don't do it justice); great communication from the property manager; easy and quick access to Providence; part right down the street; very well-appointed kitchen; highly recommended!

Some of team needed a place to stay while working in Warwick. We were so fortunate to find Efrosyni! Edgewood provided a wonderful home base where everyone could relax, cook and keep their laundry clean. Throughout the entire stay, Efrosyni made sure that everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed. Definitely will choose Edgewood again!

We live in Providence and had to leave our house for a few days due to construction. We loved this home, and including it’s quiet and convenient location to restaurants and other shopping needs and mostly to Roger Williams Park for beauty and quiet and wonderful walking.

Hosts were very responsive: friendly and helpful but not intrusive. This property was perfect for us: great location in town one block from the park and close to restaurants, private entrance, EASY parking, safe quiet neighborhood. We did takeout and delivery during our stay, there were several choices nearby. Property has good layout, lots of character but also very comfortable. We've never been in Providence but if we return, we'll definitely stay here.
