The riad is very beautiful and staff very friendly.
The location…just too far from Rabat! You need to walk + taxi to the tram stop and then get the tram or the grand taxi to rabat.

Room cosy and heating worked.
Breakfast poor and not really edible. eg butter had yellow off bits around edges. Stale old bread. Nothing hot like omelette (which is normal to get in Morocco) etc, no mint tea. No fruit or olives. We didn't bother even staying for breakfast second day.

The room was located deeper inside Salé, Rabat. Taxis cannot enter the small road leading to the property, so if you have luggage, you will need to walk with it. For the price, the stay did not feel worth it. There are no restaurants nearby, so you need to go to the Medina for food.
Compared to other places we stayed, this was an average experience. When we arrived, our room was not ready because the previous guests had not checked out on time, so we had to leave our bags at the reception. Overall, it’s an average place to stay, but the cost felt high for what was offered.
