10 minute walk to underground..a few stops into city centre..yet a nice quiet residential area.
Clean hotel, huge shower and air conditioning.

Comfortable beds and cosy rooms at a reasonable price. Great location, only up the road from West Kensington station. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff providing 24 hour reception.

Yhe hotel was very clean, the location was excellent, and the price was reasonable for the area.
While there were several positive aspects to my stay, I unfortunately did not get any sleep because my room was located directly above the stairs, which resulted in a lot of noise.
When I checked out early in the morning, I wasn't asked how my stay was, so I didn't have the opportunity to raise this at the desk.
I understood that breakfast was not free, but because no information was provided about how or where to get it, I chose to take my business elsewhere.
