Situated in Vila Nova de Cacela, this lovely villa for $215 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Modern and pleasant villa 2 minutes walk from Manta Rota beach (200 m). It consists of 3 bedrooms, two of them en suite, 3 bathrooms and balconies, fully equipped kitchen, backyard with barbecue, garden furniture, equipped with air conditioning in all divisions. Inside you will find dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob, electric oven, 2 40 '' led TVs, coffee maker, blender, ironing board and iron. Large backyard with shower and barbeque, table and chairs, and lounge sofa. The villa is located in the central area of Manta Rota, across a cobbled road leading to the beach, and a few meters from the supermarket. Quiet area with private parking for your car, right in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome, children welcome. Pets not allowed Smoking allowed outside only. It has a maximum capacity of 10 people, cable TV with internet (Wi-Fi) FROM JUNE 15 TO SEPTEMBER 15 ONLY WEEKLY BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY. OUT OF THIS PERIOD A MINIMUM 4 NIGHT RESERVATION IS REQUIRED.

A casa em si é excelente, muito bem mobilada e com tudo o que é necessário. A localização não podia ser melhor, perto da praia e de supermercados e restaurantes. O anúncio sugeria que a piscina era da casa, mas é partilhada pela urbanização, do outro lado da rua. Ainda assim, a piscina é agradável para um mergulho rápido.

Vivenda fantástica.Situada em local alegre,perto de supermercado,farmácia,simpáticos cafés,mercado.A “dois passos”da areia da praia e mar.Nada melhor que regressar ao fim do dia e relaxar nesta casa ampla,bem decorada,muito funcional!Bons quartos,bem climatizados,impecáveis na limpeza.Acomodações óptimas para uma família grande como a nossa (seis adultos e quatro crianças). Para nós,a cereja no topo do bolo:um terraço fabuloso onde podemos usar a bela churrasqueira , comer e conviver pela noite fora!Foram as melhores férias em família!Obrigado...

Casa , maravilhosamente bem situada , praia 5 minutos a pé nas calmas , perto de supermercado , restaurante take away , cafés . Em relação a casa , não falta nada em termos de utensílios , limpeza quando chegamos estava impecável , comunicação com o dono da casa , sempre acessível , cordial , resumindo , é casa para se voltar de férias uma e outra vez pois é tudo o que se precisa. Tudo mesmo tudo proporciona-nos umas férias excelentes.

Our annual trip to Manta Rota, was as wonderful and relaxing as our previous trips. We chose this villa because of its location, and we were not let down. The villa itself was clean, well equipped and extremely spacious with three floors. The outside area was well furnished and included a great barbecue. It was ideal for a a full on evening meal or a few glasses of your favourite tipple late into the evening. Once we have sorted out some dates for next year we will be contacting the owner for what I hope will be another competitive price.

Uma casa bastante interessante em termos de áreas, decoração e aproveitamento. No entanto tem algumas falhas de manutenção e limpeza. A saída de inquilinos e a entrada de outros, nesse espaço de tempo à muitas lacunas em termos de limpeza. Para mim a falha mais importante foi a falta de ar condicionado no aproveitamento do último piso, devido ao calor que se faz sem o ar condicionado funcionar torna-se díficil se não impossível de se dormir. Reportei esta situação, no entanto passou o tempo de estar de férias e a situação ficou por resolver. Poderia dizer muito mais coisas mas penso que já reportei a quem de direito.

Local privilegiado junto à praia, casa com todas as comodidades (wifi, televisões e coluna de som como referências), bem decorada. O terraço tornou-se um ponto de encontro de excelência, com todo o conforto. Pena foi a piscina não estar limpa, mas será um caso pontual certamente. A atenção dada pela imobiliária no local foi excecional. Recomendo vivamente.

I stayed 6 weeks in this Amazing house - I am a writer/blogger and I often stay longer periods abroad . This is the best house I ever rented. It is very nice decorated.. lot of space and has Everything you might need. On third floor a big room where 6 people can sleep.. which was great when my son an his friends came to visit. Second floor with two beautiful bedrooms, comfortable beds, own bathrooms and balconys. First floor.. great kitchen... TV room with comfortable sofa... and a terras outside with plenty of space, big grill and outdoor shower. Three Big screens TV. AC. I hade guests came to visit me and they were all impressed by the house. When I came everything was 100 % Clean. Houseowner is a great person, very nice and serviceminded. The Company that take care of the house have their office just round the corner and they were amazing serviceminded... they arranged with taxi.. pick ups at Airport... when I had problems with ourdoor shower they came and fixed it after less then one hour. They were there for you all the time. House 100 %.... service 100% and location also 100% !! Just cross the street we had access to the pool. And 200 m down the street.. the beach started. A great beach. Just 50 meters to grocerystore.. where u can buy everything... butchers.. cafés and restaurants and all in walking distance. You do not need a car - you will manage just fine without. I recommend this house to big families...and also for two smaller families.. and to single persons like me.. who want space and who wants to invite guests. I will for sure rent this house again when I am going back to Algarve... impossible to find something better .. and you get a LOT for your Money !!

Jag bodde 6 veckor i detta fantastiska hus... med underbara sängar och ljus och läcker inredning. Ingenting fattades. Jag bor ofta längre perioder utomlands och detta var första gången som verkligheten var bättre än fotona !! Det var rent och fräscht. Under tiden jag bodde här fick jag gäster på besök och utan extra kostnad kom städpersonal och bytte lakan i sängarna. Huset har tre våningar... överst ett stort läckert rum med två dubbelsängar och två enkelsängar som passade perfekt när min son kom på besök med tre kompisar. Platt TV fann här också högst upp. Våning två hade två sovrum som båda har balkong och sköna dubbelsängar, stora garderober och egna toaletter med dusch. Riktigt lyx. På bottenvåningen fanns köket som var mkt välutrustat.. ett TV rum med stor platt TV... i köket två härliga schäslonger med stor platt TV.. och dörren ut till den mysiga terrassen som blev som ett extrarum. Här fanns rejält bord med stolar.. hörnsoffa och fåtölj och en stor kolgrill som flitigt användes. På terrassen finns också en utedusch. Plus toa och dusch på bottenvåningen. Allt var perfekt... det fanns faktiskt ingenting alls att klaga på !! Fastighetsägaren är mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående och svarade snabbt på mail och kom även på ett litet besök för att titta till och se så att allt var okey. De som skötte fastigheten hade sitt kontor runt hörnet och de var otroligt serviceinriktade och hjälpte till med allt från att beställa taxi till att snabbt ordna dit en kille när det var stopp i avloppet till uteduschen.. efter en timma var det fixat !! Huset ligger geografiskt bra... ett par hundra meter till underbar sandstrand... 50 meter till en välsorterad livsmedelsbutik... slakteributik där vi köpte vårt grillkött... och det finns trevliga restauranger och barer. Vill man inte hyra bil så klarar man sig alldeles utmärkt utan. Allt som behövs finns inom gångavstånd. Huset är perfekt för en stor familj.. eller en mindre som vill ha extra utrymme.. och man kan mycket väl bor här två familjer också. Jag kommer definitivt att återvända till Manta Rota och till detta boende !! Stort tack husägare och caretaker för 6 underbara veckor !!
