ALL The staff are SUPER. They are the great assets in customer service. Especially Josepine, the senior receptionist. She"s the best. They are the reason to return to the hotel.

Nothing, but the hotel is a bit aged and outdated. Still, the facities are able to meet expectations in a way. Just a little colder ACs would even elevate the experience. Hopefully, this is improved.
Mattresses are a bit old, but bearable.
Sink had issues in drainage but nothing to fret or worry about. We adjust.
Staff are superb.

It was hot and not comfortable , my family slept while they sweating .
The AC going up and down , some of the staff not on the right path one said something the other said something else , so their protocol not agreed
