It was very cute & within a ten minute walk to the the village. Located on a hillside has a fantastic view up the valley towards the ski area. It has wood interior & a decent kitchen with gas job, electric oven, fridge, toaster, kettle & coffee maker. Furnishings were pleasant and clean. Bed was comfy. It is two levels high, downstairs the kitchen, small tv, dining area and bathroom. There is a shower with a deluge shower head & unlimited red hot water. Great after a hard day skiing! Upstairs is a relaxing/sleeping area with a two seater sofa, double bed & two bunk beds & a larger tv. No English channels but a dvd player. It is touted for 4 people but only really suitable for two adults and two young children as the beds are all in the same room. I think it would be better without the bunk beds giving you more space as it is quite small but really great for 2 people. Upstairs is accessed by a very narrow wooden spiral staircase and would be no good for anyone with lower limb or mobility issues. There is a patio outside. It is on a quiet road with little traffic. I gave 4 stars as to access it you have to drive halfway down a muddy track and then walk the rest of way to the front door down a steep grassed/concrete stepped path. We had no snow there when we stayed but would be a bit treacherous with ice/snow again not good if u have mobility problems. Apart from that we loved it! The host was great with comms & instructions & always replied promptly to texts/emails. 👍

We were lucky enough to stay at this gorgeous Mezot for Christmas! Stunning views, short walk to the centre of the village, where you can find everything you might need for your stay ! The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, which we are very grateful for! We will definitely go back as we truly fallen in love with this beautiful part of the world!

Lovely little chalet, only just big enough for family of 4 with 2 young children but cosy and warm with stunning views. The host was responsive and helpful with communications. The place was a little dusty and could have done with some hand soap and more than 1 toilet roll to start with; the toilet flush broke near end of holiday. More than 1 towel each and some spare bedclothes would be more ideal for young family. Kitchen area nice and clean and even a Raclette unit available! Quite a walk (10-15 mins) steeply uphill from town and walk from car park area to chalet quite slippery with ice - worth finding somewhere in town to store skis and boots etc. Overall we had a fab time, thank you to Josiane.
