Near nature and waterfall
Cleanliness - the pillow cases were stained and unchanged from the previous occupants .
Elderly friendliness - the toilet bowl is too low for elderly. May be good to have a handle next to the toilet bowl. My father fell when he went to the toilet at midnight. As a result, he asked to move out for precaution. We booked another hotel via. Booking.com but our request for a refund of the 1 remaining night at sukantara cannot be honored. The fall was unfortunate. It would be a nice gesture if the hotel could consider our waiver as the accident was beyond our control .

The location is extraordinary, the staff show high service spirit, The bungalow in wood suitable with the environment. The food in the hotel also very good quality.
The toilet paper is the worst i have ever see, for an hotel of this standard it's not acceptable.

the place is sit in the middle of the nature, the rooms blend well with the forest, it is serene and secluded
the room is very old and not well maintained, the villa we rented had leaks, it rains outside and inside.
