i think this was the best combo for SPA , Floating Breakfast and Flower Bath ! the staff and doctor here are so helpy , they arrange everything for you , The Breakfast here is Awesome Exceptional Bakery ! should try , highly recommend

The hotel is located in a lush, peaceful area, offering tranquility. The rooms are spacious, the pool is beautiful, and the spa is excellent. All the staff are extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. However, the bathroom window doesn't open, and there's no ventilation. The lack of ventilation was extremely disturbing for us. Because the hotel is located in a jungle, you naturally encounter various animals. However, we were told the droppings found on the pillow in the room were from a gecko. However, only a very large gecko could produce such a large dropping.. In my opinion, the hotel could prevent such a large animal from being in the room. We saw mice twice in the restaurant area. Yes, it's a natural environment, but having mice roaming around while eating is disturbing, and the hotel should do something about it. In conclusion, we had a pleasant stay, but we were also disturbed by the poorly ventilated bathroom, the likely very large lizard in the room, and the mice in the restaurant area

I love the area, its great to be off the beaten track and able to just get out and go for a walk and not be surrounded by tourists. The breakfast was great, not a buffet but plenty of choices and comes with juices and tea/coffee choices and a pastry and spreads basket that makes it feel like a buffet.
This was the 3rd time I have stayed at Puri Gangga as we love the secluded nature of the resort and the friendly staff and facilities. I stayed by myself this time and found that some of the facilities feel a little run down, specifically around the pool where the recliners, poolside tables, towel stand and sun umbrellas were all a bit dirty, moss-covered and/or broken. The pool towels were also heavily stained. In previous we have spent lots of time by the pool, ordering drinks and snacks but this time I chose to just use the small private pool connected to my suite.
