This hotel is incredible. The view from this hotel is stunning and the room was super cool. It was really an experience.
Overall service not great. The reception is in the port, and after checking in and out, you have to carry your luggage up and down the steep and gobble-stone road; it’s really a track. Really disappointing for this being a luxury hotel that there is no service to help you with that.

Opportuna un auto per poi muoversi nelľisola, la stradina per arrivare alla struttura è un pò stretta e ripida.
Una volta arrivati però ne vale la pena......

Die Aussicht von unserer Terrasse war traumhaft und für mich das absolute Highlight des Aufenthalts. Die Windmühle selbst hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Der Zugang ist zwar sehr steil und schwierig und das Zimmer aufgrund der besonderen Bauweise nicht besonders funktional, dafür habe ich aber Verständnis – schließlich handelt es sich um eine alte Windmühle.
Bei einem Preis von 282 € pro Nacht hat mich der Service leider enttäuscht. Beim inkludierten Frühstück wurde mir nach einem Espresso mitgeteilt, dass ein zweiter Kaffee – in meinem Fall ein Freddo Espresso – extra berechnet wird. Das habe ich in einem Hotel dieser Preiskategorie noch nie erlebt. Auch die Kaffeekapseln im Zimmer wurden nach der Reinigung nicht aufgefüllt und die benutzten Handtücher nicht ausgetauscht. Außerdem hätte ich bei diesem Preis zum Frühstück frisches Brot erwartet und keine aufgebackenen Brötchen. Gerade bei diesem Preisniveau sind solche Details für mich selbstverständlich und sollten zum Service gehören.
