About this villa rental
Fantastic 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa located close to Torrevieja Town Centre and just a 7 minutes walk to the Sea front and Los Locos Beach. The villa is located on a quite residential road and within easy walking distance of local restaurants bars shops supermarkets etc. Inside there is a fantastic living area filled with Light and 5 meter High ceilings, Modern kitchen with all main appliances, 3 Bedrooms (2 Doubles both with Private Bathrooms and a family bathroom, the villa has Air-conditioning throughout and a European satellite system (some English speaking channels). DVD player, Music system, upstairs is a second large living area with Seating, selection of reading books plus wireless internet access and free Wi-fi. Outside is a large shaded Terrace with seating and dining areas and a BBQ and a private swimming pool, 2 Sun Beds.
The Villa is located on Av de las Gaviotas in Urbanization Los Angeles, Torrevieja its a Quiet residential road close to Torrevieja Town Centre and only a 7 minute walk to the Sea front lots of good local restaurants offering all types of cuisine, good bars & cafes shops supermarkets banks etc. Great Location has everything within walking distance – car not needed unless you wish to sight see.

Amazing villa in a fabulous location. Communication from start to finish with Mikel was exceptional. Very friendly offering local recommendations whilst also respecting personal space. The villa itself was spotless! Having air conditioning in all rooms was a bonus and enabled a great nights sleep in very high temperatures. Pool was definitely a highlight and I really didn’t want to leave it! Teenage and young adult sons enjoying the Padel courts only a minute walk away, along with pool tables, air hockey, drinks and bar food. A 15 minute walk to beach.Definitely hope to return in the future. Thank you for everything Mikel!

Good location. Villa was perfect for out family everyone had their own bathroom. Supermarket 5 mins walk. Beach 15 minute walk and the shopping center is around 25 mins walk. We went to Los Angles a few times which is less than a minute a way. We played paddle board there. Mikel was very helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay at the villa. We arrived late and Mikel's son Unai met us with supplies that he had picked up for us. The villa was everything and more, every thing you needed was provided, the shopping trolley was a god send! spotless clean, pool cleaned twice a week. Supermarket was a 5 minute walk, local town of Torrevieja 15 minute walk. Good restaurants and bars all reasonably priced. Never slept so well, quiet area. Thank you so much for letting us stay! Hope to visit again very soon.

We had a lovely week in this house. We were a family of seven, 5 adults and 2 kids. The house had everything we needed - and the kids just loved the pool and we enjoyed using the barbecue spot in the evenings.
For a nice day at the beach, we would recommend you to go to the beach in La Mata, it's just a short bus ride away (and also possible to walk if you're up for that). The bus stop (bus A2) is close to the house.
Miguel is the perfect host, he welcomed us when we arrived and was very helpful at all times - from the day we booked the house until we left and flew back home.
