Located in Puerto del Carmen, this charming condo for $145 per night is a great choice for your next trip. A fantastic 2 bed roomed apartment with both enjoying en-suite facilities, ground floor apartment situated in a quiet, well maintained front line complex minutes away from delightful sandy beaches. Two swimming pools along with two smaller children's pools (heated from November to March). Walk out of your own gate through beautiful and peaceful gardens to nearby supermarket, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. BBC UK television fully fitted kitchen good size lounge two settees and two chairs tastefully furnished. The beachfront where local restaurants, shops and bars are located is only a 2-minute walk away. Coast/Beach: 2 minutes to the beach You can walk in either direction on the flat for many miles on the main pedestrianized ways or very wide pathways. Also very good for bike riding. There are several large and a couple of smaller beaches. Travel: Arrecife Airport is approximately 12-minute taxi ride Buses around the resort and too many neighbouring areas are very good and very reasonable. Hire cars from the airport and returning them are very good and very easy to access and leave on return. Distances: The harbor of Puerto Del Carmen is a 7-minute drive/taxi ride. Allow 40 minutes to walk/stroll there past shops, Restaurants, and sea front all the way. A waterbus then travels to Puerto Calero or you can cliff walk in 45 minutes each way. Walk/stroll the other direction 45 minutes to the airport and watch planes land extremely close overhead. The capital, Arrecife, is 30 minutes by bus and runs every 20 minutes from just across the road on the way to Deiland centre and Playa Honda stop off points. Car hire is not necessary unless you wish to sightsee around the Island.

Great communication with the host. Easy instructions to gain entry to property. Property exactly as described. Don't be put off by no air con in 2nd bedroom, ceiling fan and desk fan were great for us. Really comfy beds/ mattress. Would of preferred a 2nd pillow( but that's a personal choice). Lots of kitchen condiments left from other guests which was great ie spices, pasta,stock cubes also laundry products and W.U liquid. Host provides teatowels/dishcloths. Plenty of crockery, China, pots and pans. Appartment in a great position on complex, near both sets of pools and near gate to "The Strip". Not a noisy complex which suited us. Gardens well maintained by staff. Pools were great plenty of sunbeds and parasols , not busy. We hired wheelchair for the week ( hubby) which was great as the appt is on one level and ground floor. Ate out in evenings 5min walk on the strip. Can recommend Bollywood, Sol Y Mar and Trattatorria. This is a very popular complex/ appt because of its great location. Taxi rank right outside front gate. We will definitely be returning.

Stayed here for 1 week in September 2022 and we were very happy with both the accommodation and its location. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A short walk to the nearby shops and bars. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation, you won't be disappointed.

This apartment is in a great location especially for my mother who is on a mobility scooter with disabled access only one small step then through a sliding gate the property has everything you will need very spacious, comfortable and quiet we would highly recommend to anyone and would go back again ourselves.

The place is really lovely. Spacious rooms and nice kitchen. Patio looking onto the palm trees and blue sky. Very convenient for the local shops, bars and restaurants. Using the scooter app meant that we were no more than ten mins from a really good snorkeling spot at Playa Chica. Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking at booking through Dawn and Jamie.

The place is as advertised. Spacious apartment overall with all you need to stay for a holidays. The complex is gated so fully private, neat and clean, and very quiet. There's also a security man doing rounds. The two swimming pools are fantastic with sunbeds for all. Few steps to the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. Location wise is top. The owners were very communicative before and during our stay, so perfect. All rooms have fan and even one has air condition (coin based, though). I can truly recommend this apartment for your holidays in Lanzarote.

Just a few steps from two beaches. A supermarket just outside the door and lots of restaurants around. The property Is very good maintained and the garden is wonderful. The owner/manager was always responsive and there has been no problems during our stay.

Location was great with shops , restaurants and bars within 100mts . No problem for sun beds with 2 nice pools . Quiet complex with nice surroundings , very relaxing . The apartment was spacious and has everything you need . The owner was great too with good communication from start to finish .
