Only a 10 minute walk to the main beach and the old town. Enjoy the large heated pool facing south, which offers complete privacy. The garden with typical Canarian flora, the large furnished terrace for eating together, barbecuing, sunbathing and spending time outdoors. The living room The villa has three separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with a large double bed (1.8mx2m) and private bathroom, bedroom 2 also with a large double bed (1.6mx2m) and private bathroom and bedroom 3 with 2 separate single beds and an open section of the room with a bunk bed (0.9mx2m) , Another sleeping facility is a small extra room with a sofa bed. The third bathroom is in the hallway. All bathrooms have showers. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and oven. The large living room has an electric fireplace for cozy warmth on cold evenings and cozy TV evenings with German and English satellite channels. The dining room offers space for up to 10 people, in which a safe for your valuables is well hidden. There are also 2 private parking spaces in front of the villa. Wifi and washing machine are included in the price.

The villa has a wonderful outside space, options of places to sit in and out of the shade & the pool is a lovely size.
Inside we were surprised to learn that the AC was only in the living room & 1 bedroom. It’s important to let people know that to use it it’s €1 for 30 mins, I think would be useful to add to the listing. No fans are available so it can get a bit hot at night.
The TV also didn’t work from day 1, this was eventually fixed on the last night.
We know the owner is going to do some work on the villa, this will make a big difference as it’s in a great location!

A lovely villa within a nice quiet area with off road parking. The villa is close to restaurants and bars and within walking distance of around 10-15 minutes. Taxi prices around €4-5 if you can’t be bothered to climb the hill after a night out, Villa was very spacious for 4 of us and well equipped. We paid extra for pool heating, quite expensive but well worth it as I hate a cold pool. 2 fans available and the air con only in the lounge and main bedroom, which are coin operated. We only used the air con once as we couldn’t find the remote control and it wasn’t set cool enough. No problem though no stress we went out and brought a fan for comfort as the nights were very hot. Excellent communication from Maik before, throughout and after our stay. He kindly arranged for the cleaners to come early on our arrival so we could check in early. We had no problems at the villa during our stay, we had everything we needed. Having been to Lanzarote staying in a villa for the past 5 years, this is our favourite villa for space and location. We prefer the old town for the choice of restaurants, bars and nightlife. Thanks Maik see you again soon .

A great place to base yourself to not only see Puerto Del Carmen but, especially if you have a car, the whole island.
The villa is spacious, comfortable with a great outdoor seating/dining area and a good size pool. Both local shops and the main strip are in walking distance.
I know the owner is looking to upgrade some areas of the villa in Winter 23 which will make it even better. Maik happily dealt with any queries we had too. A great holiday

Good spacious property in a quiet but accessible location. Not far to main town or old town.
Nice outside area with good size pool. Very private. Terrace and pool area are in need of updating but still useable.
Maik was very helpful and answered our questions promptly.

Villa very good , ten min. walk to the old town taxi back up only 3euros the youngsters walked it . We are in our seventies. We loved it .

Having read some of the reviews we booked the Villa for our summer holiday for August 2022.
Before our departure from the UK, the owner was amazing. We had numerous conversations over what to do, what was included and where to go. Nothing was too much of a problem.
Upon arrival, we were earlier than the time agreed, but the owner had set aside a room for us to place our luggage in which was a huge help. The airport to Villa distance was only 10-12mins and €15.
After spending the afternoon exploring the town we returned as soon as the Villa was ready. The Villa itself is huge! Much bigger than we expected. There are 4 double bedrooms, two with en-suites. There is a smaller single room that we used to store the luggage in but would be great for a small child.
The kitchen is nice, clean, well equipped and very well lit. Home from home! There is everything there that you need including a washing machine should you need to clean anything during your stay.
There‘s also a separate dining room looking out onto the outdoor patio as well a large lounge with huge corner sofa, large flat screen TV and DVD player. This room is also air conditioned.
The outdoor space is brilliant. The pool is large, great for swimmers and non swimmers with a deep and shallow end complete with steps to access the pool also. There is a lovely shaded area with outdoor corner sofa, two outdoor dining sets and a fab stone built BBQ that we used a few times. There is a small secluded garden to the rear also, well kept and clean.
There is a large local Lidl supermarket and a well equipped Spar only 5 minutes so grocery shopping is never a problem.
The main beach front and commercial area is a short 10 minute walk, same distance to the smaller old town. There are an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and other amenities all within short walking distance.
It is all down hill from the Villa so we often opted for a taxi on return. Taxi ride from the town centre is around €3-€5 maximum Remember your masks - all public transport and medical centres require you to wear them - just a heads up.
If you’re looking to book any trips, there are numerous vendors in the town. All speak good English and all were very helpful
The Villa overall is fabulous, the owners are great and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this Villa to anyone looking at a holiday rental that is walking distance in to the town centre and beach front.

We have just returned from this Villa and have not been disappointed, I have read some of the more resent reviews and I can say we do not agree with the more negative.
This villa is in a great part of town away from the crowds but close enough to walk to. It is an older building and not all shiny and new and so has character and makes you feel comfortable to put your feet up.
Yes there are a couple of things that could be done but this is reflected in the price!
We stayed in a similar villa same area last year and that was a lot more!
Maik was great giving info returning calls there was just 1 and and asking if we needed anything and all ok on more than 1 occasion he asked for an arrival time and had the cleaner come in early so we could arrive before mid day
We love the islands flight time, temperatures, things to do, and a pool in a private property, this Villa ticked all our boxes and I’m sure we will be back

Fantastic villa, will go back again
We know the area very well, it is perfectly place for us. Well maintained, great, well equipped kitchen (as like to cook). All in all a top holiday, just what we needed after Covid19

Also it was very dark inside. The situation is good. Less than 5 min walk to Lidl, about 10 minutes to the old town and harbour and 15 minutes to the strip.

Fabulous Holiday
We had a great stay at the property! I’m so sorry the previous reviewer didn’t enjoy their stay, and I’m not sure what happened in between, but it’s almost as if we’re talking about two different villas.
As we were staying in October we didn’t require air conditioning so I can’t comment on that.
The Wi-Fi was GREAT! Better than what we have back in the UK.
Coaches can see into the pool area but we found that they were infrequent and more than not, empty. It’s not like they park up and start taking photos…
We had a morning flight and the owner had kindly allowed us to check in early. When we arrived the property manager was fixing the TV to ensure we had British channels. We don’t go on holiday to watch TV so it was never actually turned on. A nice gesture though. We definitely did have a door handle, and there were no blown lightbulbs or cobwebs/dirt. The bunk room is a bit grim, to be fair, but as there were only four of us staying we only used it to store suitcases.
The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. We ate out in the evenings though so never really “cooked”. However, instructions for the microwave and oven would’ve been useful. Boiling an egg on the hob took us forever and I couldn’t manage to heat anything in the microwave (I’m really not as stupid as I sound).
We had coat hangers. I’m not sure you’re supposed to put paper down the loo anywhere in Lanzarote? I’m not an expert though and don’t intend to google ‘sewage systems Lanzarote’.
As for the pool….it was heaven! Warm, clean, and the pool man came twice a week. There are mini mosaic tile missing but I can’t say it ruined my holiday. Maybe the outdoor furniture had been replaced but ours was great. The whole pool area was the best bit of the property. Lovely places to have lunch/read/play cards etc throughout the day.
Personal positives were the location. We’ve stayed in the area previously so have learnt all the short cuts to the beach. Max 10-minute walk to our favourite one. Loads of lovely restaurants in the old town. Great Lidl 5 minutes away.
In conclusion, no, it doesn’t have a 5*boutique hotel vibe. But I’d looked at the photos so knew what we were getting. We wanted sun, fun, and a handy (no car required) location for a well-deserved rest – exactly what we got!

Secondly, wi-fi is not universally available, and lastly, the pool area is not so private. Coaches are not a rarity on the busy road and can see in.
Originally 4 of us were going but through Covid, only two of went. The new host has refused a refund of €336 for reduced number.
On arrival, we were greeted by a front door with no handle, just the spindle sticking out which had been bent down. The outdoor wrecker door lock only accessible and working from the outside. A concern in the event of a fire. Inside was dirty and dark, light bulbs missing or blown and cobwebs everywhere. It appeared it hadn’t been cleaned for months. Other doors had no handles and several to the outside were locked with no keys, another fire risk. We were told that the cleaner, who when she arrived worked really hard, couldn’t put a mattress cover on our bed as she couldn’t access the bedroom where they were meant to be kept. This room, with 2 bunk beds looked like a jail cell The mattress protector never arrived – very hygienic!
In the kitchen, a draw and cupboard handle had been broken off and unhygienically, had band aid plasters covering the screws. The property isn’t attached to modern sewage facilities, and we were instructed not to put certain items down the toilet. The bin provided had no bin bag, nor all the other bins. No toilet brush, no basin stopper, no ventilation and no cleaning products about. Take your own clothes hangers!
No First Aid box, (illegal?) no instructions about anything.
We removed the pool cover and flock and algae appeared. Many of the tiny mosaic tiles were missing and surround slippery. There was outdoor rattan furniture under the logia which was rotten and falling apart. Pool couldn’t be used for 6 days. Still filthy on leaving. Only 4 dirty sun beds. Worst villa we have stayed at for the last 20 years. PS Burglar alarm doesn't work.

The villa was so well equipped. It was more spacious in real life than on the website and the outdoor space was fabulous. The option to have pool heating at the end of October was great, although we did have brilliant weather anyway.
The location of the villa meant we didn’t need to hire a car. The main centre was 10 mins walk away. There is a Lidl and Spar 5 mins walk away and the beach was about 13 mins walk away. On the times we didn’t want to walk cabs were easy to grab and only cost €3 from the beach. We also hired bikes and rode along the promenade one day which was a nice thing to do. The airport is no more than 10 mins drive away which meant we were at the villa an hour after we’d landed, a big bonus in our opinion.
The owner, Nick, was very contactable. And we also had a visit from the management company to check if everything was all ok. We were very impressed with this and have not experienced this in any other villa.
The only small negative things we came across is that on the website it said that internet was available which we took to mean WiFi but when we arrived it actually transpired that 3G was available but if you wanted WiFi then you needed to pay a daily rate. This was also the same for fans in the bedrooms too which we thought was a bit of a shame. Also, we felt the duvets on the twin beds were pretty thick and could have done with being “summer” duvets.
That aside, we really did enjoy our stay at the villa and could not recommend highly enough!

Had a lovely week here with my 3 kids aged 16 upwards. Very clean and comfortable. Taxi to town was only 2/3 euros. Pool was heavenly. Fully recommend case Margarita and would definitely stay here again!

Welcoming and homely with beautiful outside space
This is one of the best Villas we have stayed in over the past 30 years holidaying in Lanzarote. A beautiful property on Calle Ansite which was within walking distance of the Old Town Puerto del Carmen, The Manager/Owner Nick and wife Stella were so very helpful and pleasant. I can't but wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful house with all its magnificent charm. The house had all the essentials for a great stay with a comfortable bed and a very well equipped kitchen and one of the best BBQ's I have come across in my 40 years of travel holidays. Being just a short walk to all that Puerto del Carmen can offer was a great advantage as you were spoiled for choice of restaurants. This house is suitable for couples or a family of four adults and four children. My wife and I cannot wait to go back in October.

Great Villa! Fantastic hosts!
Just spent two weeks at this villa. Can’t recommend highly enough. Everything in the Villa that you could need for your holiday. The Villa is ideally located for both the harbour and the main strip. Nick and Stella were fantastic hosts. Easy to deal with and easily available if needed without being intrusive. Would highly recommend and if returning to Lanzarote will definitely book again.

Excellent! Beautiful villa with helpful hosts.
We had a fantastic family holiday and the villa was everything we could have hoped for. It was clean and tidy and all our needs were well catered for. We paid the supplement to have the pool heated, which was well worth it. The villa is very spacious and the outdoor facilities are very good, with a lovely sheltered dining area and a barbeque. It's not too far to walk into town and the harbour area(although the walk back up the hill works off your breakfast), and it's only 3 Euros for a taxi back.We met Nick and Stella while we were there as they came to check everything was ok and found them very easy going & helpful people, who weren't far away if you needed anything.
We would certainly recommend Casa Margarita to anyone wanting to holiday at Puerto Del Carmen, we all had a great time and the villa was perfect for us.

Superb Villa with Great Owners and Location
We have not long returned from our third stay at this lovely villa, as normal it was spotlessly clean. Nick and Stella are always friendly and will help and be as flexible as possible with any requests. Swimming pool is a fantastic place to spend your day and is a nicely secluded suntrap. Villa is spacious and there was plenty of room for our group of eight.
Shops and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk so the location is spot on being both quiet during the day but everything close enough when needed.
The biggest compliment we can pay this Villa is that we have recommended it to friends with no reservations.
We no doubt will return again soon, thanks for another great holiday.

Fantastic villa
We have just returned from Casa Margarita having had a brilliant week. Our group of seven spanned four generations aged between 5 and 76 and we were all well catered for. The villa is superbly equipped and in very easy walking distance of Lidyl which made grocery shopping simple. There are numerous good restaurants nearby but the kitchen has every gadget you could possibly need for self catering. We paid for the pool to be heated which was definately the right decision as it was lovely and warm. I thoroughly recommend this villa and found Nick to be most helpful throughout.

Great house in a fantastic location
We stayed at this property with our 3 teenagers for our first ever visit to Lanzarote in December 2017. The house is very private, clean and well equipped - even better than expected! There is also a good selection of outdoor furniture and the wifi worked well. It is in an ideal location within easy walking distance to restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and the Biosphere Complex. There is no need for a car at all - the owner recommended a transfer company for the journey to and from the airport which was very reasonably priced and the service was excellent. We hope to return again soon!

Spacious, wonderful villa in good location
We stayed here as a family of six (four adults and two grandchildren, 2 and 4 years. My daughter and family arrived before us and were met by Stella and Nick. She text us to say they are a lovely couple and the villa is perfect. Stella was very accommodating with the children's sleeping arrangements and did everything possible to ensure they would be settled. The villa was bigger than we anticipated and very well equipped and maintained. The grand children loved the pool and spent everyday in it although the beach is only ten minutes walk from the villa and offered safe bathing and sandy beaches. The supermarkets Lidl and Spar are approximately five minutes walk away, Throughout our stay at the villa Nick dealt with any queries we had efficiently and promptly. The pool was cleaned and maintained by Nick regularly. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Nick and Stella and we would have no hesitation in either recommending your villa or staying again in the future.

Clean,well equipped, and homely Villa
Spent a week here, with my Wife,Son, Daughter In Law, and 5 year old Grandaughter. Very clean, spacious, very well equiped. Make sure you pay extra for the pool to be heated, it is the warmest pool we have ever been in, no-one wanted to get out!! The villa is located quite close to a Lidl Supermarket, a short walk to the Biosphera Shopping Centre, and lots of local restaurants and shops. Taxis back to the villa from PDC cost about 3 Euros. We arrived quite late and met Nick at the start of the holiday, who explained everything to us. All in all a brilliant holiday, non of us wanted to leave, will definitely return again. Thankyou. Great location, lovely villa, would stay again
We had a 9 day family (2 adults & a 4yr old) break at Nick & Stella's villa in December 2016. The villa was really too big for just the three of us but we really wanted somewhere with a private pool and it fitted the bill. You could easily accommodate another 2 couples in the villa without issue, it's more than spacious enough.
The heated pool is hugely useful at the time of year we visited, it would be too cold for the little one otherwise but instead was lovely and warm. Well worth the small extra cost if you are not visiting in the height of summer.
The property was very clean and Nick & Stella were very accommodating in terms of check in / check out times.
The location is great, a short walk to both the harbour and the 'strip'. Lidl is a 5 minute walk away.
Would certainly stay again, great value villa.

Great family villa
Had a really great 8 nights here, the location is excellent - nice short walk to both the old town or the livelier seafront.
The villa was a lot bigger than we expected, there was only 3 of us staying there but i could see it easily accommodating large family groups with plenty of space to spread out.
We paid for the pool heating and i must say that it was really worth it. It was like a bath! Our son didn't want to get out of it.
Would thoroughly recommend this property.

FAB VILLA-GREAT LOCATION
My husband and I spent our honeymoon in this fab villa over Christmas and New Year and had an amazing time. The villa itself was extremely spacious, clean and tidy with everything you could need land ideally located in a lovely quiet area. The main strip of numerous restaurants and bars are within a 15 min walk but we preferred the old part of town next to the marina-the restaurants were amazing with beautiful views over the sea. We really can't recommend this villa enough and hope to return soon. Many thanks to Nick and Stella for the use of your amazing villa and easy booking process.
