Staff were extremely friendly & helpful.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable and all facilities were there.
It’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Main Street in Puerto del Carmen but I was aware of this when I booked it. The area is very tranquil and peaceful and ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet.

The place was quiet and comfortable. Nice apartment with a nice balcony
The heat in summer meant we needed aircon. This apartment is perfect from October to June i reckon. We just are not used to the heat. Not the fault of the owners

clean & good spacious room - provided a fan - pool area fantastic
no microwave & freezer compartment in fridge - didn’t change the sheets in a 10 day visit
