The staff were lovely, the apartment was spacious with a good sized balcony. The location is excellent
The socket in the kitchen could be pulled out of the wall, I reported it on the second day but nothing was done. I couldn’t figure out how to use the TV 😳. Reception is only open 9-2 Monday to Friday

Good quieter area in old town, accommodation was fine, staff were helpful and they have a facility for late checkout...obviously at a cost but only 10 euro for myself. If you get one of the higher level rooms then fantastic as brilliant view of harbour/marina
Room was okay but no view whatsoever. Booked a ground level room but got a middle level..no view whatsoever except walks and sky.

Being told the lock on the patio door was working ok while we hd a lot of bother with it, until it broke off on my husbands hand one morning. Once it was fixed it worked properly .The pool and surrounding area was getting very dirty during our stay..Plus I asked for a plastic chair for my back at the pool as I have issues with it...and the female receptionist more or less dismissed me that my sore back wasn't her problem, but did allow me to take a seat from our app and there was seats in the shower room beside the pool!!
