Great location, to the beautiful Groticelle beach at about 10 minut, to the market less then 10 minutes (on foot) and owner mr. Salvatore very friendly - you can write him with anything and he helps you. Appartment clean and has everything what you need on one way holiday.

We had a wonderful stay in Fondaco del Capo! The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our one- week- stay. The balcony was very big (there was a large dining table with chairs, a sofa and a coffee table and still lots of free space) and had an amazing sea- and mountain- view. By car it takes only a few minutes to reach a very beautiful beach. There are grocery stores and fish markets also a few minutes away by car.

A beautiful appartment with a terrace leading to a garden. A lot of space and light and no noise. The beach is only 8 minutes of walk down the road (a great view of the beaches below). The beaches are breathtaking. The town is also very nice and people quite friendly. The landlord Mr. Vittorio is great and very forthcoming - if you need anything, you just call him and he or some relative of him comes by. I also made a boat trip to Stromboli (an active volcano) which is an experience one should probably not miss.

The only thing one could possibly miss is maybe air-condition, but I didn't as much as I thought I will. The way the town handles trash is a bit to get used to. Heaps of trash sacks in plain sight are not quite what a spoiled tourist expects too see on backyards or in front of gorgeous villas. :)
