I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10I highly recommened it.First all the I will start with the receptions persons that worked there very helpfulland respectfull,the room service was ecelent and the girl who worked in our floor which was the first is very nice and very helpfull and clean,the breakfast room and the restaurant also and what to say about the snack area it was very nice and also very good i will rate it 10/10 in every aspects.I would like to Thank all of the people whow works there for all the service they give to this hotel.Keep it up.

Magical music, amazing atmosphere, kindness of staff, lighting and of course a wonderful collection of toys and sculptures.
It was actually funny. Sometimes the waiters would talk about you :) because they thought you didn't understand Turkish :D

The room service food is not good. Every dish is oversalted and overspiced.
The wifi was not working properly. And cellular internet couldn’t get a normal signal.
