Could walk 30 minutes to center of town. Clean, safe, washer machine and soap appreciated.

Close to public transport which I used instead of driving around. The ability to do a load of washing and have it dry overnight. Loved that you could self cater if you wanted. Bed comfortable
The amount of stairs to get to the apartment. Was difficult to carry a heavy suitcase to the Top. For older people this might be to much

Reasonable value for money
Owner is clearly trying to maximise profits by cutting costs as much as possible, if that’s your thing, go ahead, but be aware:
- Self-check in (only interaction was via sms, and advising host would not be available during certain hours…)
- Advertised parking isn’t anything else but on street parking (and the street didn’t feel particularly safe, though it’s true that nothing happened to our car and it was free)
- Location is not the best (city centre is c. 30-40 minutes walk, but again, we didn’t feel particularly comfortable walking in the neighbourhood)
- Facilities are dated and not particularly well maintained (uneven floors, run-down furniture, chips and dents everywhere…).
- Everything feels like having spent as little as possible (all different plastic hangers, probably from their own shopping, toiletries and kitchen supplies seem to be mainly leftovers from previous guests, towels all different and cheap…)
- Beds were not particularly comfortable, and sheets were REALLY old, like used and washed dozens of times.
- Cleanliness is also an issue, especially on the bathroom. Flat was clearly not cleaned by professionals, a mere quick clean up in between guests
