House had everything you need for a weekend trip.
Longer than that I would expect more comfortable beds, better suited bathroom, not having to even deal with a boiler.

House in fairly quiet location so not much disturbance. 5 minute walk to some local shops in adjacent streets and the No.12 bus which takes you to the city centre. Also a taxi office nearby, or if you prefer to walk, it's about 20 - 30 minutes into the city. The house was warm, fairly comfortable and clean, although it was just a place to sleep for us.
We had issues with the toilet, but to be fair, the owner got it cleared the same day, whilst we were out and it was OK after. The property had been fairly abused by previous occupants, I'd say and was needing some remedial work. Beds were OK and relatively comfortable. Not much in the kitchen but we only used the kettle, cups and some glasses anyway, so it wasn't a problem for us. The stairs were a bit steep and narrow.
