Our 7 night stay at Luis’ beach house exceeded all our expectations. First, from excellent communication before and during our stay from Luis, a warm welcome from Marjorie, and complete info package to answer all our questions and thoughtful tips about the apartment and area (all in English too, gracias!). Location is ideal - just steps from the boardwalk for daily paseos, beach, and 10 minutes to cafes, but gratefully on the quieter end of the paseo. Mercadona close by for groceries. Luis has provided everything, and I mean everything, you need for a relaxing vacation-beach chairs, loungers on the rooftop terrace and lower balcony, super comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen for all our at home meals, and even Netflix. We enjoyed every sunrise and sunset, listening to the waves lap up on shore, and private dinners on the balcony watching the fish boats come and go. We were so grateful to have found this gem, and recommend it highly. Well done and thank you Luis!

We've had a great stay at Aguilas Beachhouse at the beginning of May. The beachhouse is situated in the south of Aguilas right at the beach and boulevard and a 15 min walk from the city center. The house was very clean upon arrival and you'll notice that the owner has thought of pretty much every detail for you to have a pleasant stay. E.g. essential groceries in the kitchen, beach chairs & umbrellas, towells & beach towels, laundry machine & detergent, well functioning WiFi and so on. The kitchen is wel equiped, the beds are comfortabele and so are the bathrooms. The terraces are where you'll spend the most of your time however, they are awesome with great sea views!
The owner Luis is very very fiendly and helpful if needed. For us everything was perfect and we would really like come back again!

A nice house --clean, tidy and well equipped-- with two wonderful terraces, directly at the playa de Poniente with its wide beaches, overlooking the Mediterranean sea, and in 20 mins walk to the city centre of Águilas. A perfect holiday.

We can’t fault Luis and his wife, Mandy, as our hosts at the Beach House! The house is very close to the beach, with lovely views from both, the balcony and the top floor terrace. Luis provided beach chairs and parasols for all guests, very welcome when guests travel from abroad! The kitchen was particularly well equipped, also with essentials, such as salt/pepper/oil/sugar/vinegar/etc. Luis and Mandy also suggested other beaches and areas nearby to explore. Excellent holiday!

Superb (as usual)
This was our 4th stay at the wonderful Beach House in Aguilas. The first time we have been back for 4 years though (Covid and other life stuff got in the way)
The Beach House was just as we remembered it; a great base for touring the area, and a perfect location right on the beach-front and a short walk from all the restaurants/shops etc.
Despite this being our fourth visit, it was the first time we actually got to meet Luis the owner, who went over and above what could be expected of a host.
When we took the decision to get a transfer from the airport and did not have the use of a car; he was there to welcome us at 10pm at night and had got some essential foods in for us as he knew we would be arriving late. He then took me to (several) supermarkets the next day so that we could stock up on any heavy items for our 10 day stay.
Just before our trip, my wife fell and injured her ankle. On arrival it became apparent that she was less mobile than we had thought. Luis came to the rescue and sourced a wheelchair for us, and even delivered it to the house.
I can't speak highly enough about the service that we received from him. We have already placed a booking for next year.
Perfect home, perfect town and perfect host.
( Don't tell anyone though - or we'll never get the dates we want in 2024!)

Beautiful beach side house
We had a wonderful 3 week stay at this house & loved it! Perfect location & walkable into town where you can find lots of cafés & restaurants. Luis was the perfect host & gave us lots of helpful advice.

We are back home after a second stay of 6 weeks in the beachhouse. Why were we there for the second time: simple it is our dream holiday house. The house is exactly as described. Located near the promenade in a quiet area, the beach a few steps away, fantastics views from the two terraces, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance, the mountains nearby for wonderful cycling trips, ...
We enjoyed every minute.

A wonderful tranquil location with great owner
Our family with 2 boys aged 11 and 13 had a fantastic relaxing holiday in this tranquil location with great accommodation to suit our needs. Luis was very welcoming, offering advice on things to do, many great restaurants, good shops near by and we have no hesitation in recommending the beach house to our friends

Beach Holiday
Perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday. The beach house had everything required for a hassle free holiday.
Luis was at the end of the phone if any problems occurred and checking to make sure that everything was good.
The perfect location for sun worshippers especially the roof top. Just perfect in every aspect, we will be back.

Our favorite restaurant was El Faro, welcoming, good service and excellent seafood.

A beautiful retreat
The beach house in Águilas was the perfect place to relax, take in the magnificent views and sunbathe either on the terrace or straight to the beach outside the back door. The promenade at the rear of the property takes you to the many lovely restaurants and tapas bars that are just a ten minute stroll away so no need for any driving or parking of cars. For anyone who wants the perfect chill out and loves a beach then you must stay here. We will be back to revisit this lovely town, it’s people and the beach house owner Luis.

Villa was compact but clean and comfortable. Thoughtfully furnished and well equipped. Two lovely terraces with panoramic sea views. Aguilas town and many restaurants with 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay.

Great outdoor living in property overlooking the sea in small friendly resort
Would recommend this property, we had a lovely holiday here in October. If you like outdoor living on terraces overlooking the sea and immediate access to the beach then this a great property for you.
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two lounge areas, and two outdoor terraces provides plenty of accommodation with space to be together or to have some private space.
Kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and more.
The owner Luis is very attentive, and responsive.
The town itself has many bars and restaurants. The nearest are just a 10 minute stroll either way along the promenade that runs in front of the house.There are three bays in the resort, and many more within 10 kilometres. Luis provides beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.
Nearby there is the hill town off Lorcas, and the bigger towns of Cartagena and Murcia. Plenty to visit if you can be persuaded to leave the beaches.

Lovely property right on the beach front.
Luis and Amander the owners of the property treated us like family. We arrived later than expected and Luis straight away offered to take us to the supermarket, as they were about to shut, such a lovely gesture as we were tired and hungry. The apartment is lovely with everything you could want to make your stay relaxed. There were little things that ment a lot like the washing machine had washing tabs and conditioner. The dishwasher was great with again dishwasher tabs, fairy liquid ect all supplied. There was even shower gel in both bathrooms and soap. The owners thought about the necessity you might need. Luis was on hand if we had any questions or needed recommendations for restaurants or anything about the local area. Aguilas is a lovely Spanish town if you want to get away from it all and the more commercialised regions of Spain. Overall Luis and Amander are the nicest people with a lovely apartment and we wish them all the best with their business.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL !! 10/10
This beautiful Villa made our holiday. It is right on Aguilas sea front beach a 10 minute stroll into the town along the sea front, it has EVERYTHING you could want for your holiday. Luis made this a home from home for all our holiday needs. We were met by Myriam who was so lovely and friendly and explained everything about the villa and surrounding area. The two seafront terraces are wonderful, both benefiting from fabulous views. The Villa is clean, beautifully presented, with all modern conveniences. Because we went in June we had the complete beach and sea to ourselves, which we used every day. (Just Perfect !!) I can't recommend this Villa highly enough and both Luis and Myriam were very attentive hosts, during the booking process and on arrival. A mainly spanish speaking seaside resort and working town made it the perfect get away. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for something special then just book this Villa. WE LOVED IT. Thank you Luis !!!

Perfect Beach House
The beach house was perfect for our vacation. Beautiful views, privacy and all conveniences. The house is lovely, well laid out, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Very modern & comfortable. The owners are friendly, accommodating and payed attention to all details to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. We could not ask for better owners or accommodations. Superb stay by the sea
The beachhouse is comfortably furnished and well equipped. Internet worked well. The terraces give fantastic views out to sea. It's location is so close to the beach that you hear the waves lapping the shore! The walk along the promenade to the town centre is a pleasant 15 min stroll and there are lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Luis and Myriam were very welcoming and helpful.

Lovely beach house
We stayed at the beach house at the end of January and found it wonderfully situated and close to amenities/supermarket. Lovely promenade to walk along that stretched the length of the beach towards the castle.
The house itself had everything we needed for our stay and Luis was more than willing to accommodate some extra requests and called during the week to make sure we had no problems. The house is in a peaceful area at the edge of Aguilas with lovely terraces for outside dining and to enjoy the view of the ocean and down towards the castle.
Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. Beautiful place!

We stayed at The Beach House for the first time in May 2014. We knew a little about Aguilas from previous stays in the local area, and were so impressed with the town that we decided to find a property in the town itself.
We were so lucky to stumble across this gem of a property after trawling the internet for a place to stay. We flew into Murcia (so much easier than the chaos of Alicante), and drove to the apartment - well worth taking the toll road, with a journey time of under an hour. We decided to have a 'kick-back' holiday and spent the week walking, sunbathing and eating out in lots of different restaurants. The Beach House is perfectly situated - just far enough from the main promenade to appear secluded, but close enough for everything we needed to be a short walk away. Supermarket a 10 minute walk away for the few essentials that we needed, and the main town/promenade about 15 minutes on foot.
The house is beautifully appointed and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a week's break. The beds are comfortable, with air con in both bedrooms. We had breakfast on the lower terrace ( yes, you have a choice of two!) every morning,and ate out most evenings. There is a great choice of reasonably-priced restaurants in the town; and we tried several!
The girl who greeted us on arrival, was most helpful and made sure that we knew how everything worked before leaving us to our little piece of Spanish heaven.
We really didn't want to leave and are planning on repeating the experience in June 2015. Highly recommended.

After a good nights sleep in the most comfortable beds for a long time we got up to see the sun blazing and that we were litterally steps away from the beach. The terrace at the top is like heaven and we spent most of our time up there. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Its a 10-15 minute stroll into the main town which we did most evenings to sit in the gorgeous square with all the locals sipping wine or beer, sometimes we would eat there sometimes not, the prices were very reasonable, and easily affordable. The beach was deserted most of the time and stretches a long way, it does go steep quite quickly so you would have to be careful with young children. We had a car so we could do a few trips out, not that we really wanted to as we were happy just siting around in the sun and my two teenage boys and my husband spent every day at least often twice in the sea. There are lots of shops locally , this is definitely not a tourist place, no fish and chip shops beer gardens etc and not many people speak english, it was a dream ! The owner Luis was absolutely amazing, he was the kindest sweetest person I have met for a long time going out of his way to help us in every manner to ensure we had a superb holiday. Thank you so much Luis, you are a true gentleman , your villa is wonderful, we cannot recommend it enough and we will be back soon . !!

Great December vacation
Yes, it was in the middle of December, and yes, it was still warm, from 16 to 20 degC every day. We were on the beach with the kids daily. The house is very well equipped, everything you can think of in the kitchen is available, heaters work well, both balconies are excellent. The roof terrace has an electric grill for nice outdoor diners with a 360° view. The car is useful for tourism around Aguilas, and to fill up groceries, but the supermarket is a 10 minutes walk. Also all the fun of Aguilas is a 10 minute walk along the beach.
The owners provided very good service and were very nice and professionals. The house was clean. And sea view is amazing.
We recommended this house to our relatives and family. We want to come again !

La maison était très propre et très confortable. Nous avons pris nos repas principalement à la maison et avons apprécié que la cuisine soit si bien équipée. Il y a tout à proximité: supermarché, restos, cafés, boutiques. Le plus merveilleux, c'est la proximité de la mer et la longue promenade qui conduit jusqu'au centre de la ville.

Värdparet var fantastiskt välkomnande och visade oss runt i staden när vi kom dit. Dricka och frukt fanns i huset.
Huset är modernt, fräscht och välutrustat för minst en familj på fyra personer. En större, välsorterad affär med fräscht utbud ligger på gångavstånd från huset.
Vädret var vackert de flesta av dagarna fast vi var där i januari. Takterrasserna gick att utnyttja nästan alla dagar. Utflyktsmöjligheter finns för både familj och äldre besökare. Àguilas är en, av spanjorer, välbesökt sommarstad som även är vacker och levande på vintern. Vi är glada att vi har hittat hit och hoppas att vi kan åka nästa vinter igen!

Lovely property - almost on the beach! Sunny weather - ideal for enjoying this well equipped, clean and well kept property. Beautiful balcony and sun terrace. Aguilas is very unspoilt and the house is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, etc. Good walking along the beach and nearby cliffs and scenic views. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful weeks holiday at this modern stylish beach house in Aguilas in September.We don't drive and the owners were very helpful and arranged for us to be met at the airport. We were greated at the house with a lovely bowl of fruit and a welcome pack on arrival. Everything we needed was near the house and just a short walk along the promenade.The house had stunning sea views, was well equipped,very comfortable and from the roof terrace had a wonderfully relaxing sea breeze. It was so nice to wake up in the morning with glorious sunshine and a lovely beach on our doorstep which we had virtually to ourselves.Although there was a high tec kitchen we ate out most of the time, the many local resturants were very good and reasonably priced compared to other parts of Spain we 'd visited. Aguilas has a very pretty town square with plenty going on and was only a 15 minute walk away.We definatly want to come back again for longer next time and visit some of the stunning coastline which is nearby.
