Nice clean place , nice view

There 2 comments that i experienced in my stay in Braira:
1:When we first arrived we found the towel’s were dirty, thats not very welcoming.
2: when we wanted to check out I waited nearly half an hour for the concierge to pickup my bags and other stuff, i ended up getting my bags and stuff out my self i was late for my flight and it nearly cost me not to enter the flight because they closed the gate but at the end they let us in.
