Il B&B Della torre!!! Evitatelo!!!

l unica cosa da salvare è la posizione... vicina alla piazza di Bari vecchia ma per il resto è stata una delusione

camera situata letteralmente al terzo piano di una TORRE!!! scala strettissima senza luce e pericolante, arrivati nella camera abbiamo notato subito la mancanza di igiene, c'era polvere da pertutto... il bagno aveva qualche problemino ma tutto sommato andava bene. Esperienza pessima...

Soggiorno agghiacciante, state alla larga da questa struttura

Fatiscente, nessuna pulizia della camera giornaliera, tv non funzionante, phone capelli assente, un solo set asciugamani per 4 giorni, nessun tappetino doccia, mobili rotti. Contattato più volte le persone addetta al cellulare e mail e nessuna risposta

Pretty unwelcoming experience

The location is very nice, close to everything needed. Beaches are a bit far though. The building looks medieval, the room was put nicely

No mirror in the room. Far from beaches. The host sent me and address different from one listed in booking. The host was only communicating in Italian and I had to translate everything myself, it was already a lot of stress to find the apartment and I couldn't turn to host for help. There is no reception at the place so I had to arrive at agreed time, and host started rushing me so I come sooner because she had to leave. I got a whole room to myself and my friends wanted to leave their backpacks in the room, but host said this would be 5 euros each. I am not sure, if this is a standard practice for hotels, but I would assume I can leave as many bags as I want in the room that I am paying for. The stairs to the room are steep, narrow and scary. Someone with a bigger complexion would find it pretty difficult to go up. The host didn't let me leave my backpack for a couple of hours after check out and told me to leave it at the train station (cause my flight was late at night and check out at 10), and this never happened to me before. Generally I felt like this is not the room that I am paying for, but someone is giving me there place to stay for couple of nights.

Good

Central location. We only had only a very short stay to take the boat to Greece. Good bed and clean place. Easy to find restaurants to eat. We would love to come back and discover Bari itself.

Our train was late, we were in contact with the lady, so she knew. When we finally arrived (again sorry for your waiting) she was not really friendly. We could only pay in cash, online was mentionned card as well. No problem for us, but we did not prepare cash. Little bit difficult to find the place, but friendly neighbours helped us out. The host asks not to leave rubbish. But please provide a trash bag in this case. We had only a little and I took it with me as you asked.

Amazing location, clean room, great services, aircon and facilities worked great

The location was perfect right in middle of old Town, we will really miss our little room even though we were just there for 2 days!

Stay in Bari old town

Large room, fridge and good location.

Didn't mention the small staircase in information and difficult access. Hot water turned off, had to go upstairs to reset the water heater. No wifi access Location wasn't accurate to what was on the add.

-wrong address on booking.com for the property -no WiFi -no bath towels provided -terrible excuse for a shower. No pressure whatsoever -no instructions for amenities -loud, narrow, dark staircase -no communication from staff

Good apartman for long weekend!

Very good location, Maria is cute and helpful. The room was very clean.

We cant close the up window and it was colt az night. They should fix the bath because the water came outside. They should buy soap and bath carpet!

In the centre of the old town with a comfortable bed, but very small.

It had a heating which was great in the cold night.

The room is very small, but for a short stay it is okay. The door is so thin and the staircase very narrow. You were scared that someone might come into your room easily without a key.

Great location and value

This place was in a really nice location. It had working air conditioning which is a treat when you're in Europe. The hosts communicated clearly and efficiently.

Great location close to ferry and train and walking beautiful old area

Hard to find even got help by two kind locals who got lost! Tv working although I did get response from owner key to room very hard to open and was a bit scary on my own also had response from owners but still hard to open stairs up to room very steep and sensor light not good enough very dark at night before response

Deceiving advert, and no sense of customer service. I didn’t know that in 2022 asking for towels were such an issue. The

The location is ideal for walking around the old and new town.

Pictures are deceiving. They have three flights of extremely narrow and dangerous stairs that are not shown in the pictures. also some of the stairs are chipped and cracked. An accident waiting to happen. Also be asking for basic amenities such as fresh towels in heat of summer was a task! we were met with rude replies such as “this is not a hotel, this is a B&B. Thank god we didn’t run out of toilet paper. Also graffiti if a penis was painted on the exterior of the building. Also to add, the AC’s were leaking, the wardrobes were lacking door handles, there was a dormant oven in one of the rooms, the ceiling paint was chipping and cracking, you only have one small mirror and finally a lot of the furniture was broken.

Perfect location, very closed to the central piazza of Bari Vecchia!

I have visited almost 20 countries, its the first hotel that they asked 10 euros in order to keep our 2 backpacks in the property for 5 hours. Unfortunatelly, this is not a kind of mediterranean hospitality!

the Location was absolutely perfect, but unfortunately that’s it

if your travelling light it’s ok, but with a big suitcase the stairs are horrible, as you can see in the pictures, so tiny so small, it’s very loud if people pass and scream, there’s just one small mirror, the Wi-Fi isn’t working on the third floor, each floor is one apartment maybe the connection on the lower floors is better

It is in the heart of the old town surrounded by restaurants, 1-2 minutes walk from the sea and 10-15 from the city center (railway, buses). The host is very kind and helpful. The streets are completly lit, the area seems to be safe.

location: the google maps location is shown in the wrong place this is an apartment and you must call to get the host to meet you : 20 minutes waiting on the street (hope you have cell phone service) the host does not speak english, difficult to figure out where #12 Gesuiti is very difficult stairs two floors up (for someone with walking difficulties) booking.com said check out was at 11:00 but host says 10:00am ??
