Casa bonita mas perigosa!!!

A casa realmente é linda, de uma arquitetura cinematográfica, mas esconde perigos reais que não são anunciados no site. Primeiramente, a entrada tem um portão pequeno e tivemos muita dificuldade para entrada de uma carro grande (SantaFe). Segundo a entrada é uma rampa acentuada, que tinha uma grade de água de chuva mal instalada e duas senhoras idosas se acidentaram nessa grade e caíram nessa rampa, que é de pedra. Ambas tiveram que ir ao hospital, uma com fratura no braço e outra com inúmeras escoriações e luxação em dedo da mão. A casa tem áreas abertas sem grade de contenção, o que oferece perigo real para crianças. A churrasqueira é pequena, em área aberta e considerando que a chuva é frequente na região, não tivemos a oportunidade de usá-la nenhuma vez nas noites que estivemos lá. O acesso à praia privada, que é um dos atrativos anunciado no site, só foi possível porque passamos uma manhã toda cavando a areia embaixo de uma pedra, que é a única passagem para a praia, e mesmo assim, tínhamos que passar nos arrastando por baixo desta pedra. Por último, durante nossa estadia, tivemos chuva quase quase todos os dias e há inúmeras telhas com problemas e tínhamos vários pontos de goteira de água de chuva no interior da casa. Sendo assim, mesmo considerando toda a beleza da casa e a sua praia privada, não a recomendamos para pessoas que tenham idosos ou crianças. E recomendamos ao proprietário que faça os reparos necessários para melhor atender as pessoas que pagam o aluguel do imóvel.
