The apartment was very comfortable and the facilities provided made it like 'home from home'.

No meals provided. The location was excellent for any part of Portimao and within easy walking distance of the attractive old town centre and the river. Also very easy to access fast road links to North, East, and West.

Nothing really comes to mind.

Great central apartment for a stay in Portimao

Great apartment in an excellent location, only a five minute walk from the waterfront with bars and restaurants, fabulous food market, supermarkets, theatre, cinema etc. Very comfortable and clean accomodation, large sunny balcony, one of the best apartments we have stayed in and the host Paula is wonderful, everything was explained to us when we checked in and if we had any questions, they were answered quickly - you could not wish for a better host! We will definitely stay again when we come back to Portimao.........

We spent almost a month in the apartment and had a really nice stay.

The location, condition of the building and the apartment were just what we hoped for, in fact even nicer. Paula was very efficient, friendly and helpful and welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a thorough tour of the flat and told us everything we needed to know, from the keys to using the cooker to entering and leaving the garage and we had the feeling we could contact her if we needed to know something. Although it is in the city centre opposite the stadium it was very quiet especially at night as the bedroom faces the inner court. The apartment had a lovely balcony, good kitchen, nice sitting room and spacious bedroom with ample cupboards. Wifi was very good and I could do my zoom classes from the apartment. The TV offered a good choice of channels. Everything is very clean and well kept and we enjoyed living there.

No dishwaher which was a problem because I like cooking. Otherwise everything you needed from towels to dishwahser was there and it would have been difficult to position a dshwasher in the kitchen. Also usually unlike us couples go out and eat and there is plenty of choice within walking distance.

We definitely recommend this apartment for long stays.

Paula treated us like best friends. Thank you very much, Paula! Very clean apartment. We lived in it for 18 days and we had two cleanings and two changes of bed linen and towels during this period. Lots of kitchen utensils and appliances, large fridge, good air conditioning in the bedroom, very comfortable new mattress, plenty of space for personal belongings and clothes. Large loggia. Convenient and secure private underground parking. The apartment is located near the city center and 1.8 km from the beautiful Praia da Rocha beach. But the distance wasn’t a problem for us at all - we love to walk. In addition, there is a spacious free parking lot near the beach, and you can go to the beach by car. On the other hand, the central location has many advantages. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, food shops and two large supermarkets nearby - LIDL and Continente (the best!).

Would be nice to have more hooks in the bathroom and bigger shower cabin.

comfortable and private with excellent welcome and facilities.

It was conveniently located, very clean, excellent greeting by host, and had all the attributes mentioned in the description. We were very comfortable and made to feel very welcome. one note. the shower is small with a narrow opening that might not work for a person of size. washing machine and parking for cars or bikes also a big plus.

Very good

The large balcony, the underground parking place, the washing machine.

Qe didn't like that much the bed. It was not very comfortable, especially for people with back peoblems. Also, a bit narrow.

A perfect place for a short or a long stay

Good location very quiet , indoor private parking , safety feeling , big balcony sunny all afternoon Owner very gentle , easy collect key even earlier than the fixed time. A perfect place where can even stay for a long period.

Great Apt. in downtown Portimão

This is a really nice one-bedroom apartment located in the center of town. Host Paula is extraordinary and, when we were unable to find the street (and it did not how on our GPS), she met up with us and drove ahead and showed us where the garage was (easy access). The building is across the street from the stadium, and the garage entrance is across from Gate #2 of the stadium. Impeccably clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you can possibly need, spacious living room, bedroom, and balcony. There is a split air/heater in the bedroom. You can see everything is prepared and up kept with much care. Great internet. Both the kitchen and bathroom had cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, much more than a regular apt. rental. I highly recommend this place!

Nothing, it was more than expected for the value and location.
