Fantastic beach area with ample seating, facilities and views!
Very poor food served at buffet, both for breakfast and dinner. Lots of options but none well executed.

The food was incredible, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the location is amazing. Our room was on top of the hill with an amazing view. The walk from the seaside to our room was long but we considered it a good exercise. The staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful and cheerful.

Landscape and all buildings face to the sea. Some Stuffs are friendly and helpful. Some Food and drink good choices but for wine not really the best choice and we have a good time.
1. The first day we arrived we wait for 1h to check in our room because they are forget us until we go to asked what happened.
2. The cleaning service not really clean still can see some hairs from the previous guests on the shower wall. And I’m not sure if they really do fully room service.
3. It surprising us a inclusive hotel but there is no provide toothbrush as like other normal hotel
4. Cleaning service they don’t replace the new cotton bath, is really annoying that you need to call the reception to ask for a small stuffs and they forgot to give us.
They should work on these matters because sometimes not all the guest who bring all those stuffs during travel.

The beach was easily one of the best places in the world. Stunning peaceful paradise. Could sit there everyday for the rest of my life. Food was very good even though the selection isn't massive. The al la carte Italian is incredible. Beer was good. The hotel design is great and the buggy help up and down the hills is awesome. They stock great named brand drinks which is awesome however they started to run out and never replace things
The hotel doesn't manage loud and rude guests which kept waking me up in the night from the reception bar, or the loud singing in rooms at nighttime! The staff are lazy and rude. You can't get your own drinks and they are extremely slow to get any service at all! The room has a mini fridge that doesn't work, reported and never fixed. The fridge was never restocked in the 8 days. The air con was switched off about day 3 and the room was boiling and uncomfortable. Better management would make me want to come here every year but left disapointed with service. It's like they downed tools at the end of the year and didn't care about us
