Conforto, design, infrastuturas, simpatia dos funcionários e do proprietário; proximidade com a natureza.
A falta de civismo de “outros” hóspedes do hotel, que comeram três dos meus iogurtes que estavam armazenados no frigorífico “comunitário “ com compartimentos próprios e delimitados para cada um dos hóspedes.

The location and facilities are great, we stayed in the cabana and it was very peaceful and well make. You are right in the middle of nature. The cabana gets very cool at night making it good to fall asleep even if it was very hot during the day. The shared areas are well thought out.
The owners are lovely but the staff they have to help are very unprofessional and unwelcoming. We had a few moments in shared spaces we felt like we where bothering them. It was unfortunate because the founders are lovely, and the spaces are very unique but there staff really impacted negatively our stay.
