Two colleagues and I stayed in this apartment while attending a medical conference in Milan and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is spacious, and clean, and more beautiful in person than in the photos.
The location is within 30 minute walk to most of the major attractions of Milan and within 15-20 minutes by public transportation which is easy to use. It is within 5 minute walk of central station. It took 20 minutes on the metro to get to and from MiCo convention center, making it ideal for attending a conference.
The apartment itself is gorgeous. The living area and kitchen are open concept and well stocked with dishes and furniture. We did not cook in the apartment, but made coffee daily using the provided nespresso machine and enjoyed charcuterie, wine, etc which we purchased from a supermarket around the corner. There is ample space for seating in the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds and luxurious linens. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower. The wifi and air conditioning worked well. The water pressure was good in both bathrooms. There were ample plugs for all our electronic devices. The check-in and check-out process were easy and owners available if we needed. I will definitely stay again when visiting Milan, either for business or pleasure.

We were seven Swedish guys visiting Milano for football, vineyards, sightseeing and food. The apartment was as good as shown on the internet and the correspondence with the hosts was really good even after flight delays and similar. Best recommendations!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our seven night stay at this lovely flat very close to Central Station and to local grocery stores. We found the flat to be just as advertised in the photographs and found the check-in/check-out process with friendly Manuela to be easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and secure. The location was a short walk to Central Station’s metro lines, and we were also able to walk to four of our evening dinners. The lift was handy for getting our bags up to the apartment.
As we mentioned, the apartment was very stylish and lovely, but sometimes we think that style should take a back seat to function. Our suggestions in that regard would be the following: (a) install a place in the shower to put your soap and shampoo, because it is very easy to get water outside the curtain and onto the floor when reaching outside for those items; (b) better lighting in the bathrooms (we had to bring in a light from one of the bedrooms so that my wife could see to apply her makeup; (c) a plug in either bathroom for the hairdryer (the hairdryer’s plug only worked in the kitchen area); and (d) getting rid of the jumble of hangers in the closets and on the rack in the bedroom and installing uniform hangers (which would appear more pleasing and be more functional).
We were very grateful for Vanessa’s suggestions on restaurants and advice, and can recommend this property.

Less than 5 min walk to milano centrale! Very cool apartment. Would definitely return!! fully stocked kitchen and washing machine for clothes. 2 showers, 1 tub. Only complaint were that the doors to the bedrooms were sort of translucent, so all of the lights in the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and dining room needed to be off in order for bedroom to be dark so that was tough if someone needed to go to bed earlier than others. This would not stop me from returning! If I visit Milan again I will definitely stay here. Thanks again!!!

The hosts were wonderful and made everything easy. The location is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Very easy to navigate the city from here as it is close to the train station. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again next time we are in Milan

In many respects, this is an excellent "luxury" apartment. Indeed, it is spacious, replete with modern appliances and certainly it has some aesthetic flourishes that set it apart. Though not part of the historic center of Milan, you are two blocks from the Centrale train station and 2 major subway lines. Thus, what the neighborhood sorely lacks in charm and walkability, it certainly makes up for in transportation options. In general, the property management was extremely responsive to any questions or issues. Our concerns with this property were the following: The check-in process was rather strict: when our flight was delayed to Milan (no fault of our own, and we kept the property managers informed throughout) we were not permitted to check in past 10:00 p.m. (too inconvenient for managers) and were forced to reserve a hotel room elsewhere for the night and then only enter the apartment the following day. No leniency, no understanding, and we still had to pay for the unused night. Elsewhere, the air conditioning system is simply inadequate for the later summer months. We understand that Italy (and Europe) are suffering unusual heatwaves, but during an entire 4 weeks in Italy, this "luxury" apartment (the most expensive of all of our rentals) was the only one whose air conditioning underperformed. The en suite bathroom's shower is uncomfortably impractical, and due to its design, the floor-to-ceiling shower curtain was full of mold. Strangely, no dish cloths were provided for drying dishes, and several of the pots and pans provided for cooking do not in fact work with the induction stove. As the very artistic metal island in the kitchen is not adequately anchored in place, we never dared to set anything on it. While a perfectly comfortable apartment in many respects, we felt that apartment is not as "luxury" as the price would seem to suggest.

Amazing space!
Nico and Elena were wonderful hosts. The apartment was beautiful and the perfect space for us as we traveled around Milan. They were excellent communicators and were available Toni’s if we had questions. Would definitely recommend! Thank you, Nico and Elena!

Beautiful, stylish apartment in Milan
My family and I had a wonderful time. We were met by two very gracious people who explained to us how to use everything. The apartment was well appointed with everything we could possibly need including delicious coffee for the morning. They pointed out local restaurants and a grocery store. The apartment is in a very central location within a short walk of the main train station. The only thing I couldn’t find in the apartment were face cloths.

The place is very convent to walk to Milan Central Train Station. The washing machine does not spin cloths but otherwise the place is nice and Manuela was helpful.

Great location. Charming and responsive hosts.
Two blocks from the train station. Lots of good drinking and dining options. One block from metro entrance. Easy to get around town from here. AC works great so sleeping and hanging out are very comfortable. Shower was tricky to navigate and tub was out of commission. But we enjoyed our stay! Nice hosts.

Once we arrived, she showed us around the condo, explained how the various appliances worked, and, with much humor, how to properly segregate the five kinds of trash collected in Milan. It was quite hot when we were in Milan so the A/C in each bedroom and living room were very much appreciated. The nicely appointed kitchen allowed us to easily cook meals with not only nice cookware but a stocked spice cabinet as well. We could easily find the markets and recommended restaurants from the nice guidebook they prepared for the stay. Checkout was just as easy with prompt and friendly service right in the condo. I couldn't recommend more!

It was quite hot when we were in Milan so the A/C in each bedroom and living room were very much appreciated. Convenient
Communicating with Nico was very easy and timely. Upon arrival we were easily met by Manuela. The location of the apartment is very convenient (7 min walk from Train Station). Plenty of places to eat and Penny Markt is just around the corner for your shopping needs. There is a nice balcony to enjoy the passersby. Plenty of furniture to enjoy your guests. There is plenty of hanging space for your clothes. The A/C unit is very cold so no worries. The only drawback is the bathrooms seem very dark. Other than that, no complaints.
Thank you Nico for making our first visit to Milan enjoyable.

Great location near trains for exploring milan and northern Italy. Very stylish- indeed
Great apartment - very stylish. Good for us as we wanted to take some train trips so location to centrale station was very good.
Just note for there are 2 bathrooms but one only has bath (no shower). The bath was lovely but my kids definitely just use shower. The location is about a mile from Duomo and we walked to most places. The subway is very efficient and only $4:50 for a whole day. This apartment is great for lounging in at night with family and friends, and also good for exploring.

The Unit is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean and spacious.
Our family (2 adults/4 teens) booked this unit during our stay in Milan at the end of March. Our plan was to do several day trips, we went to Modena, Florence and Turin. The centrale train station is literally around the corner, making access to the trains/trams easy as can be (especially for an American who speaks very little Italian). The apartment itself was comfortable and well stocked with places to relax, towels and cookware/dishes. The beds were all very comfortable. The windows have aluminum blackout shades which make the place totally dark and this made for uninterrupted sleeping. There are convenience stores close by and the restaurants near the Unit were also very good. On our first day, we walked back and forth from the Duomo, but once we learned the ropes of the subway system, we hopped on and hopped off, it was very easy. I would definitely recommend this place, it was like a home away from home during our time in Milan and when I come back, I will stay here again. Thanks to Nico for being very attentive and responsive.

A stunningly decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, very close to the central rail station.
The apartment is well equipped and the bedrooms comfortable. Nico was easy to stay in touch with during the planning stage of our trip.

"Taste of Milan"
This was a very comfortable and convenient apartment well-situated to sight-see and taste "living" in Milan. The apartment was as elegantly furnished as the photos indicate. Nico was very responsive to all of our correspondence and needs. It was very comfortable for four adults and one child and we enjoyed our stay.

Exceeded our expectations
beautiful, tasteful and so spacious for 5 ladies. Excellent communication from start to finish. We loved the location just around the corner from the Central Train station. Photos don't do this apartment justice. Very impressed with the provision of washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets, washing machine capsules and hand wash. Little extras made a big impression. Would highly recommend this apartment and the efficient service provided.

Great apartment in Milan
We had a really great short break in Milan - the apartment is stylish, very well equipped, quiet and clean. Our teenage children loved the fast wifi (sad but true!). It's very handy for Milan Central station, which means you can get around the city easily. Dealing with Nico over the booking was excellent too, and Manuela, who met us for arrival and departure was lovely and spoke perfect english! The aircon was a real bonus as well, as we enjoyed some hot August weather - I'd really recommend this place!

Great Milan apartment
Our family of six adults recently stayed at the apartment for three nights. In the lead-up to our stay, Nico was super responsive to any questions I had and even agreed to change our check-in time at the very last minute to accommodate our early arrival in Milan. The apartment itself is huge and really nicely decorated. And the air-con in each room was a huge bonus given Milan's baking summer weather. Well done, Nico, on a very professionally run property.

Beautiful Milan Apartment
We are so happy that we had a chance to stay in this wonderful apartment in Milan. It was so spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of 5. Very close to Milan Central, which was super-convenient for us as we did day trips to both Lake Como and Florence during our stay. Great Vacation in a Great Apartment!
My son and his friend (both 17) and my husband and I were wowed when we walked into this apartment after a long overnight flight -Nico was very accommodating - allowing us to check in as soon as we landed - and was their to greet us with croissants and a welcoming smile. After a brief orientation we settled in, choosing bedrooms and spreading out - using all the wonderful space! The apartment had everything we needed and the "at home" feeling added so much to our stay in Milan! So convenient to everything we wanted to see and do -including close proximity to the train station, which made for an easy day trip to Lake Como. We would definitely stay here again if we were in Milan!

Great location, beautiful apartment
The photos of this apartment online look amazing and the apartment is even better in real life! Very spacious, stylish and with everything you need. Really appreciated the extra touches of tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil etc in the cupboard.
Nico is extremely helpful. We drove into Milan from Piemonte and Nico got in the car with my husband to help him find a car park while we settled into the apartment and before we had to return the car to the car rental company. He went above and beyond for us and it was appreciated.
The apartment itself is amazing. A very central location - close to metro and central Milan train station which makes getting around very easy. The apartment is very quiet as windows are double glazed and on a quiet side street so we had no issues with noise.
Nico welcomed us with drinks and nibbles (which my children loved) and was very helpful in identifying good places to eat nearby and where to get our morning coffee.
Highly recommended and thanks again Nico for making our stay memorable.
