About this house rental
Enjoy Nantucket year-round in a beautifully restored antique home. The home is located in the Old Historic District of Nantucket in the desirable Cliff Road area. It is less than a five minute walk to Town and to the Ferry. Some of the more popular Nantucket beaches, including Jetties, Children's and Steps, are all within close proximity.
This is one of the oldest homes on Nantucket. It was carefully restored in 2008 and has been beautifully appointed and lovingly maintained every year since. The home has five bedrooms and five and a half baths. You have your choice of a first or second floor King master. The ground floor master has a large walk-in closet and beautiful en-suite shower. The second floor master has a luxurious bathroom with a deep soaking tub, double vanity and a walk-in shower complete with Carrera marble bench.
The front room on the second floor is an original bedroom with an en-suite Carrera marble bathroom. The third bedroom on the second floor is a lovely room with custom built twin beds and en-suite bathroom with marble washstand and an exquisite tiled shower. As you reach the landing on the third floor, there is a custom built computer desk. The bedroom on the third floor has custom built twin beds, and the bathroom offers a tile shower and double sinks.
The home has original pine floors and a working fireplace in the TV Room/Den. The large modern eat-in kitchen has a large granite island and breakfast nook. All appliances are state of the art. The TV Room/Den is causal and cozy while the living room is a bit more formal, perfect for a cocktail or quiet reading. The dining room is a warm and inviting area that can easily accommodate ten people for a seated dinner. The large private deck, which is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, is the perfect place to entertain on a warm summer night, or during the shoulder season.
The home has central A/C and a second floor laundry room with washer and dryer.
Beach necessities are provided, including beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. After the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower on the back deck. The home is equipped with 5 flat screen smart TVs, HD cable and hi-speed internet.

We took our family to Nantucket for 4 nights and loved the house we stayed in! The house was beautifully decorated and was very comfortable inside and out. The house was wellLocated as we could walk into the town in a few minutes to eat or shop. The house had a great kitchen that was well stocked and a great back deck with a big table and chairs for lounging. We loved our visit and hope to come back again soon!
