The house is right on the water with stunning views. It is beautifully equipped with the finest of everything. It has a separate guest house. Our only concern was accessing the gate while maneuvering fast traffic on the main road. We were able to adjust to that within a day, but it was tricky at first. The house is close to town. Lovely in all ways.

We were lucky to come back to Eco del Mare and once again had a wonderful stay. With Saint Tropez being much more crowded than during our last visit, it was even more valuable to be able to walk into the City Centre. And that bikes are now provided was a nice surprise!

Was the perfect beach house close enough to town to bike or walk.
This property was the perfect location. We walked to town or biked every day or went next door to beach club for lunch. My children really enjoyed this place.

Magnifique emplacement au bord de l’eau
Villa aménagée de bon goût avec plage privée . Il est à noter que la maison ne comporte que 2 chambres et que la troisième est sur le parking au bord de lla route bruyante . A l”arrivée nous avons eu quelques soucis : bbq , airco , feu ouvert ne fonctionnaient pas . Il me semble qu’un contrôle devrait être fait en début de saison .

Superbe emplacement
Béatrice nous a très bien accueilli et nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite chez nous. Si l'emplacement est tout à fait hors du commun, la maison est décorée avec goût sur le thème du poisson qui s'invite dans toutes les pièces...... un salon confortable, une cuisine fonctionnelle et des chambres et salles de bain 4 étoiles. Le tout avec vue sur le golfe de Saint Tropez, quoi demander de plus?

The property is amazing. It is clean, bright modern and waterfront. Vania is a great hostess. The house has plenary of Beach toys. We fully used the paddle board and floats in the Mediterranean. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The beds are comfort table memory foam. It is a short and enjoyable walk in to town, whichI made very morning for bread and cheese. The kitchen is well stocked and we did cook three of our five nights because the outdoor covered family room is as nice at the pictures show and we wanted to enjoys the beautiful evenings on the water. What is missing from other reviews is the proximity to great restaurants. Within a 100 meter walk is La Vague d’Or, a 3 star Michelin restaurant you will need to plan in advance to get a reservation. I wish I had. we did dine at Bouillabaisse and Pearl and both were excellent and highly rated on trip adviser. Again, all three restaurants are only a 150 meter walk from the. House.. Also, Pappy Burger is close and despite the name has a great breakfast and fresh baguettes in the morning. This house exceeded expectations, which were high when we arrived.

Simply wonderful
The location of the villa is perfect, it is very nicely decorated and furnished. The sea in front of the villa is very calm and our 7 year old twins enjoyed swimming there a lot. It was wonderful to have a private beach, especially in these times...
Vania, the owner was a pleasure to work with. Very good communication before, during and after our stay. She even reached out to us before our stay to offer a more flexible cancellation policy because of Covid. We were very happy that we were able to travel in the end!

Perfekt von A bis Z
Das Haus ist in jeder Hinsicht perfekt.
Die Lage umwerfend, die Ausstattung sehr wertig und durchdacht. Es ist alles (!) da, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Super ausgestattete Küche, herrliche Betten mit wundervoller Bettwäsche, ein Außenbereich mit Esstisch, Gasgrill und Loungemöbeln, der seinesgleichen sucht.
Wir haben 12 Tage das Haus nur gelegentlich (ungern!) verlassen...
Das i-Tüpfelchen dieses Hauses ist die Kommunikation mit Vania, die fantastisch war - wir wußten bis kurz vor Anreise nicht, ob dieser Urlaub wg. Corona klappt - merci Vania !!!

We had a wonderful time at Vania’s property located in the best spot for the worlds best sunsets! Blue skies, blue water and warm sands beckon! Shopping and wineries are everywhere. You are a short walk from multiple restaurants. We visited several villages in the area and spent time in St Tropez for dinner and shopping. Vania left us wine and roses on our arrival and Beatrice who met us was very kind! A wonderful relaxing trip. Our own private beach with a picture perfect view. Gorgeous!

Heaven in Provence
We had a wonderful time at Vania’s property located in the best spot for the worlds best sunsets! Blue skies, blue water and warm sands beckon! Shopping and wineries are everywhere. You are a short walk from multiple restaurants. We visited several villages in the area and spent time in St Tropez for dinner and shopping. Vania left us wine and roses on our arrival and Beatrice who met us was very kind! A wonderful relaxing trip. Our own private beach with a picture perfect view. Gorgeous!

Pictures don’t do it justice!
Everything about this property is top notch. From the first day to the last, we loved every minute of our time in Gassin. And the owner, Vania, was beyond helpful when we had an incident and needed help. If you’re thinking of going to St Tropez or Provence or wine tasting around the area, don’t miss the opportunity to stay in such a gorgeous home close to everything.

Great place to stay with kids!
We were looking for a place for a family reunion and needed something that will be a fit for three generations, including 18 months old baby.
I highly recommend this villa to families with children!!!
You step out of you master bedroom, kitchen or living room and you are on your private beach!
Adults were enjoying morning coffee while kids were already swimming/playing in the sand and we could see kids from the kitchen.
Baby took naps in the bedroom while we were sunbathing on the beach and we were able to hear him when he woke up.
This place setting will allow parents to relax even with kids.
There is a guest house standing separately from the main house, which allowed more privacy to my parents who lived in it (the guest house has a/c, mini fridge, bathroom with shower; very convenient!
We would definitely love to stay here again if we are in France (our families live in Russia and US).
As improvements for next year, I suggest blackout blinds in the guest house, as it gets lots of morning light.
Also, main bathroom/shower will benefit from the glass door, as the water splashes on the wall, which makes the paint peel.
For those who have sensitive feet - bring your water shoes, there are some rocks in the water if you enter it right next to the steps from the villa.
Overall, this was one of the best places we stayed for our family vacation. It was all what we expected after reading about it on-line and looking at pictures.
I am glad we rented right on the beach, it is definitely worth extra money.
Vania is a wonderful host and replied to all our questions and requests very fast.

A hint for families who might need to accommodate more than 7 people - there is an apartment complex across the road. Our extended family rented an apartment there and came over for beach fun during the day.

Nothing beats having a private beach access, a beautiful outdoor seating space, full amenities in the villa, except the hospitality of Vania! I would book again this place without doubt! Very highly recommended!

Amazing Villa!
What an extraordinary villa. The home was so lovely. Right on the water, with such love views. A very tranquil place to stay. Vania was always available to us, and extremely helpful. The villa was decorated very tastefully, clean and everything needed was there. The location is right outside of the village, and close enough you could even walk. Photos are accurate and this zen like place is one I will be back to! Thanks Vania!

Breathtaking Views!!
Breathtaking!! We were all extremely happy with our stay. The photos and information about the villa were accurate, so there were no surprises.
Vania was VERY responsive and answered all of the questions that we had. The entire place was very clean, and thanks to very comfortable beds we all slept very well.
The location was perfect we walked to close by restaurants, the center of St. Tropez was very close as well. We enjoyed days at the villa relaxing on the deck watching the yachts and sunset.
Thank you again, Vania for making our first trip to St. Tropez one to remember!
