One side features breathtaking views of the ocean, while the other side of the cottage features views of the waterway and drawbridge where boats leave and return to port. The Perkins Cove Oceanfront Cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces and A/C. It is the perfect get away for couples and small families! Sit on the deck and enjoy watching the tide and hearing the sounds of the surf! Enjoy all that Ogunquit has to offer by walking everywhere... restaurants, beaches, Marginal Way, shops, fishing/sailing boats, and the trolley. This is an Unbelievable location! The Perkins Cove Oceanfront Cottage has it all! Nestled in the heart of Perkins Cove, you can walk out the screen door and be on the private beach. Views are spectacular! Go swimming, fishing, bike riding, whale watching, shopping, eating out etc.... Or go to a live play at the Ogunquit Playhouse....maybe just walk the beach and pick up seashells.

I have had my eye on this property for years and it was always booked! Dates opened up and I grabbed a weekend. You can not beat the location. We arrived and parked our car and walked everywhere!
The unit makes terrific use of its limited space. The small kitchen functions beautifully and includes a full size fridge. There is a bathroom on this "living" level. It's tight but functional and includes a very small stand up shower. The loft upstairs is spacious and it includes a gas fireplace. We were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Take note, you must descend the stairs in the middle of the night if you have to go to the bathroom.
The lower level has an ensuite set up.
There is a deck with a table and 4 chairs. Unfortunately, we were able to sit there and use two comfy Adirondack chairs for about 3 hours. The glorious weather shifted soon after our arrival and we had a weekend of rain, wind and chilly temperatures. I love a good storm, but not a weekend of inclement weather!!! We prepared and still walked everywhere in our rain gear.
We enjoyed steamed lobsters from the Footbridge Cafe and took our meals across the street to the house to consume. We walked Marginal Way, snagged a table at The Front Porch Piano bar, ate a phenomenal meal at That Place and enjoyed a dinner at Maine Catch.We cooked all our breakfasts in, which saved money! If Mother Nature had cooperated, it would have been an 11 out of 10, instead, we had to settle for a 10 out of 10!

The property was beautiful, very clean, welcoming and well decorated space. Communication with the property manager was wonderful, even notified us that the property was ready early and we were able to check in early!! Only complaint was the parking. Only one space available for parking was tough when traveling with another couple. Other than that, no complaints!!

Right in Perkins Cove, walking distance to many restaurants, boat rides and Marginal Way is 5 minute walk from house. Ogunquit Village is about a 5 minute ride or about 20-25 minutes walking. Great private deck for sitting and relaxing.
Excellent communication from host. We will definitely rent again if we return to Ogunquit.

Right in Perkins Cove, walking distance to many restaurants, boat rides and Marginal Way is 5 minute walk from house. Ogunquit Village is about a 5 minute ride or about 20-25 minutes walking. Great private deck for sitting and relaxing.

Perfect Spot
This little gem, located right in the heart of Perkins Cove, was the perfect spot for a romantic getaway during the off season. We loved everything about it. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and more. Our favorite place to eat, the Lobster Shack, was just a stone's throw away, as was the Marginal Way where we walked everyday. The views from our bedroom were breathtaking. We would definitely like to return, hopefully for a longer stay next time.

The location, actually in Perkins Cove, and part of the community of restaurants, shops, and the sea port is truly unique and stunning in its views. The quality of the rental is first class and deserving of the location, with super easy check in, check out, and communication. Of course, there are plenty of things to do and places to visit in and around the area, but honestly there is so much within a 2 minute walk you don’t ever really have to leave the Cove (just keep in mind the seasonality of the businesses). Will definitely come back to stay again!

The property was a great location. We walked everywhere. Jason was great by calling back right away if I had a question. The stairs were a bit difficult for a few because of age, but we made it work.

Great vacation house, great location!
Loved our stay. Excellent location - right in Perkins Cove in the front, and the water in the back. Lovely decor, very clean, well equipped kitchen, very responsive owner. No need to drive! Walk the marginal way, walk to all the shops and restaurants, and the candy store is a few doors down, our kids' fav place. Highly recommend, we'll be back!

Perfect Get Away on the Ocean
The owner was wonderful! He was good about checking with us after we booked the unit, in advance of our trip, and just before checked in. He was very personable and helpful.
The unit, in the heart of Perkins Cove, was immaculate, beautiful, and well appointed. It was an ideal location to recharge our batteries! We are already looking forward to our next trip!

Fantastic location. Charming interior.We stayed in early December and all was cozy...no crowds, right on the water, walks along the shore, easy distance for exploring other Maine coast towns of note.Highly recommended!

Greek cottage, great Cove
This was the perfect spot for the perfect vacation. This cottage is perfectly nestled among the many businesses and residences that make up Perkins Cove. Just 50 feet away from our favorite lobster shack, we enjoyed eating lobster on our private deck overlooking our secluded little beach. Jason our Host was ever so helpful and kind. He is well-connected with Community and shared information about some lovely musical events. The accommodations were great!

Wonderful spot in Perkins Cove
We had a great stay at this property! Weather was gorgeous so we spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the fantastic view of the ocean. You step off the deck and you’re on the sand! Location in Perkins Cove was a huge plus. Unit was well appointed with tasteful decor and comfy beds. Very clean! Jason was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive to questions we had before checkin. Highly recommend this spot to explore all Ogunquit has to offer.

The perfect vacation
This is a fresh, clean property in the perfect location in Perkins Cove! From watching the sunrise from the loft bedroom, to stepping out onto the secluded beach, and then walking to the best shops and restaurants Ogunquit has to offer. Our only wish is that we owned it!

My Happy Place
Ogunquit has been My Happy Place for quite some time now, but Cove Cottage goes beyond. It feels like your own private corner in The Beautiful Place by the Sea. You are both in the midst of everything OGT and Perkins Cove has to offer, while also being blissfully separate.
I’ve already snapped up my weeks for next season.

The PERFECT getaway
The BEST experience EVER! Jason was simply incredible! The condo is beautifully decorated; the beds were very comfortable; spa towels in the bathrooms; convenient kitchen with everything you need; location in Perkins Cove was fabulous...right on the beach; and clean, clean, clean! And oh the VIEWS!! Just breathtaking. It was simply perfect!! Can't wait to come back! (Jason also owns the Abalonia Inn, located in Ogunquit. We stayed there for the 2nd time the night before check in at The Cove Cottage, and once again, it didn't disappoint. Two great properties!!)
