Cosy condo perfectly located in nice and safe neighbourhood.

This condo was in a perfect spot and had nice little touches inside.

My family and I had a great time here. The condo is a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to several restaurants and a mini market. The pool is right outside the front door, which was very nice for cooling off on the hot days.

Property and location great. owner was wonderful. cleanliness and access to property manager for check in was less than ideal.

We loved the location of the condo, it was perfect with everything you need about 5 minutes away and only a 10-15 minute walk to town (depending on how fast you walk). It is a very safe place even walking to town at night, but we were usually back before 9:00 pm. The condo grounds were kept clean and well maintained and the other guests were very friendly and helpful. We did have some challenges with the property manager Barb. I am a planner and wanted some information from her but she was mostly wanting to focus on the clients that were going to be there before us. We were asking her this information in November for our February trip so we could plan and budget accordingly. We did use Barb to pick us up and drop us off from the airport, she was a bit more helpful then but we already got most of the information from Josie. I expressed my experience with Barb to Josie and mostly dealt with the owner Josie going forward. She was amazing and so very extremely helpful even doing an entire video of the condo during their stay and sending me pictures of menus and prices. All of our questions were answered quickly and we had lots of questions lol. Josie went above and beyond with the information provided. The condo has everything you need and more, however it is a bit dated which is why we didn’t give it a five star. I understand things can be hard to get from these types of countries but still feel this is something that can be done. There used to be something on the bathroom wall that was removed and the fix up job was not done very well. A coat of paint and maybe newer light switches, fixtures, modern taps etc would definitely be helpful. The cook top did not always work but there is a hot plate or a bbq to use if needed. Although the condo was clean, the windows, mirrors and patio doors can definitely use a good clean. All that being said we really did enjoy our stay and would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. Josie was very helpful, communication was exceptional , I felt like she wanted to make sure we had the best time possible. The other guest at the complex were very friendly and welcoming also gave us lots of info on what and were to go. Condo was what we expected and the location was close to beach and main area of town.

It was everything as advertised. We would booked again and recommend to all of our friends. Thank you Josie and Rick for letting us enjoy a part of paradise.

Coming for the Christmas break from New England, we were looking for tropical beaches, but also a place from which we could take short daily trips to see the beauty of Costa Rica. This condo is perfectly located - the pool is right at your door step, restaurants and a supermarket are 3 minutes walk away, and the beach is right across the street. The area is very private and you have the whole beach to yourself. There are 4 national parks a little over an hour away, so go explore in the morning, and come back to this little paradise in the afternoon to relax! The property owner stays on top of the reservation details, and makes sure your check-in is smooth. Me and my family stayed here for 6 nights and we're already thinking about coming back next year! The condo was nice and neat. Had all we needed for the few days we stayed. The pool was nice and walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. There were some water outages for a few hours 2 days but likely they were working on issues in the condo complex. No fault of the owner. The only downside was communicating with the property manager once we arrived. But that was due in part to my lack of international service. We also opted to arrive to Coco by bus and could have been picked up by the manager. This would have made it easier. As it was we waited for not too much time on the porch of the condo until she arrived to let us in. We opted to get a ride to airport from her on the way home and that was great and reasonably priced. She was on time.

This place is close to the beach, restaurants, a small grocery and other businesses. Tha condo has parking and provided a small kitchen, plenty of beach and bath towels, various sun protection products, and a secure patio with a charcoal grill and washer/dryer. While much was adequate, there were a number of things that would benefit from attention. The most stressful aspect was that we had a lot of difficulty connecting with the property manager in advance (possibly a spam filter issue, not sure) and on arrival the access is not contactless so we had to coordinate a time to get a key, and we were not exactly sure when we would arrive, but the property manager was flexible and meeting to get the key went off without a hitch.

A cute condo with ground floor access on beautifully landscaped impeccable grounds and a lovely warm pool shared with the 20 condo units. A shaded common area which we used constantly, loved to visit with people. Wonderful helpful and friendly condo neighbours. The unit has its own dedicated washer and dryer as well as a little line to hang things if you’d prefer. Beds were very comfy. Plenty of towels. A safe is onsite. Air conditioning when you need it but we were outside all the time. Really everything you could need in a fantastic location. A block walk to the ocean, many restaurants, two wonderful coffee shops, a small but well stocked grocery store and even a doctors office for your return Covid test or any other medical needs. The owner checked in by email several times to see if everything was good, so nice! For those with mobility issues, I would caution you about Coco Beach in general as there are very limited sidewalks with bigs holes, uneven ground etc..it would be very challenging. We were two retired couples sharing this home and we all really enjoyed it!

Nice, clean unit with TV, WiFi and a full kitchen. 30 feet from the pool, with laundry facilities and nice landscaping. Close to restaurants and medical and only a short walk to the beach and downtown Coco.

The condo was clean but there was some hang ups. Got to use the pool for a few days only because management drained the pool to resurface it. Clothes dryer was broken so couldn’t use it. Our wet clothes couldn’t dry so had to pack our wet clothes. We line dried the clothes but with it raining clothes didn’t dry. Someone in our party took a long shower and I guess this drains the water. There was 0 water for 30 minutes

A nice apartment overlooking a well-maintained pool and situated in a pleasant neighborhood, quiet, but close to shops and restaurants, and to a clinic for the mandatory return Covid test. Walking distance to a nice beach and 10-20 minutes drive to better beaches. Inside: a well-supplied kitchen, washer and hanging lines for laundry. Working air conditioners and TV with netflix. We would recommend it to others and return for a second stay.

This condo was exactly as reflected in the listing. It is clean and had all the essentials. A quick 1 block walk to the beach and about 3 blocks to the main street with the restaurants and shops, we found walking the beach to the main street rather then the road seemed quicker. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

Loved our stay!!! The location was great, lots of great restaurants, easy access to tours, shopping and the people were very friendly. The condo is was like our little home away from home. Krista (property management)was amazing, totally went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional!!! We are definitely planning a return visit!! Helen & Rick February 2020

We were very pleased with our stay at this unit. The owners and property managers tried very hard to make our stay memorable. We were welcomed with a nice display of fruit and coffee which was appreciated after a long day of travel. The unit is well equipped with all the details one needs to enjoy one's stay. All were very responsive to our inquiries and welcomed suggestions . The complex is well maintained and staff are friendly and happy. Other tenants are friendly and respectful of each other. Its location is ideal for quick access to the beach. We would be happy to return to this unit and complex again in the future.

The apartment had self locking iron gates on all exterior doors they were all keyed separate when you closed doors ( the only way to open any and all of them was with correct key from either inside or outside this results in a situation where you are locked inside like a jail cell this is very dangerous if there was an emergency you would have to find keys then find correct key to escape this is a very dangerous situation and in most countries thus would be against all building codes . NOT A SAFE SITUATION AT ALL WITH A CHANCE OF BEING LOCKED INSIDE A BURNING BUILDING or leaving doors unlocked and open while you sleep which is not life threatening but might be unsafe for yourself and your property .

The property was plenty big enough for the 4 of us and in an excellent location.

Everything was great I must say though , I think the master mattress needs changing . You can feel the springs and makes lots of noise when moving around

This was our second visit to Costa Rica and first using a VRBO here. Our condo was close to town and the beach and extremely close to a variety of places to eat and go to market. Wonderful quiet area, nice clean pool, and everything you need for a short stay. We liked having Netflix since we do not have it at home and the tv would have been in Spanish and we wouldn’t have understood. The smart tv took a little while to learn but once the kiddo taught us, we were navigating just fine. Comfortable beds, great AC, all appliances needed for a stay. Costa Rica has hard water, full of calcium so we needed to clear the faucet to restore some water pressure but once we did, no other issues. People in Costa Rica are amazing. Although our visit was during rainy season, it was unexpectedly dry. We are a family of 3 so the only thing we would recommend is more seating in the living room area. The couch simply was not enough for us. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your home away from home. We hope to visit again soon.

I just got back a few days ago and I can't say enough about the visit. The condo was perfect in every way, we felt very safe there and very comfortable. The pool was Amazing! The local people were very friendly and helpful, so were the condo neighbors. If I could rate this as a 10 star I would, it's beyond excellent. Josie the owner and Krista the property manager are great people, they both stayed in contact the whole time to make sure we could find our way around or had any questions. I feel I have made two wonderful friends for a lifetime. If I get a chance to go back it will be a repeat, I wouldn't do anything different. **********
