This was the coolest stay of our entire trip! It’s such a beautiful place with an amazing view. Right in the middle of a jungle and between mountains. The place itself is even better than in the pictures. Hosts are wonderful and super helpful. They even have a tuktuk and can drive you around :)
Just a note that the place is not reachable by car.
The shower area could be separated with a glass wall and bathroom ventilation would be nice. Still a 10/10 experience.

We loved out stay at Mount Shadows! What a great location with just unbeatable views. We were so glad we were a little out of Ella centre where it was so quiet and peaceful, but only a 15 min walk on the tracks into town. We liked it here so much we didn't even want to go out for dinner and ordered Uber Eats 😆. And we were in LOVE with the rainforest shower! The breakfast is amazing, served right to your balcony, which has the best views of anywhere in town. The family are also.super lovely and helpful and responsive to all our questions on WhatsApp. You will definitely not regret staying here, it's our favorite place we have stayed in Sri Lanka. And FYI - it took us 1 hour to walk from the guesthouse to the top of Little Adam's Peak. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Host was very helpful, responsive and kind. Breakfast was plenty and presented with care. Room view is amazing
nothing to add, except its not central but in a way its nice to be away frrom the noise.

We met a good soul, Sanju, our property owner.He is very much cooperative and kind hearted.He showed us around in his tuktuk with a very reasonable payment, also guided us from where we can buy things in a cheaper rate.
I will highly recommend his property…not only for this platform, i will recommend this property for my friends and family also..
Room cleanliness, balcony, washroom all were clean, asthetic and exceptional..
