Good location and family were welcoming
There was a little water issue but the hotel host was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue

It's in a great location in the middle of Penida and lovely views. The staff are wonderful and very attentive, air-conditioner, hot water, comfy bed and pillows.
Although I really enjoyed my stay here.....you can hear the traffic on the road just outside. The pool looked a little dirty, so I didn't use it. The steps to get up to your room are very tall and steep, not recommended for anyone who can't climb big stairs.
It's a budget property, and you get what you pay for.

Quiet, nice place with a nice view and yummy breakfast. Super-nice staff!
Everything was perfect, only the massage service was a bit more expensive than expected (we probably could have negotiated but didn’t feel like it, the massage itself was good though :))

Staff member running the villas is very friendly and flexible.
We were able to hire scooters, arrange massage and eat breakfast there.
very clean.
Maintenance needs a little attention eg pool was greenish, plants need trimming so we can get to the pool, pool furniture cracked, toilet cracked, bathroom door unable to be closed (so mosquitoes came in).
Location a little isolated from village, but central to island.
At times, a male staff member came in (manager?) but he was unfriendly and didn’t acknowledge us as guests. Made us feel unwelcome and simply a source of money.
Scooter rates charged here are higher than other parts of the island (85/day).
